Always very friendly professional and helpful. I have been going there for years and never have seen the lady be rude to anybody. She is very kind, professional I'm really knows her job.

Line out the door every single time, no matter what time of day. This is why literally everyone hates the post office.Remember this when people insist the same people should run your health care.

I've been here a few times now to ship packages and never once had an issue. The staff there are always friendly and funny. It's a little small for the traffic it receives but they make it work! No self-service kiosk which is a shame but otherwise no complaints.

Tony was super kind and helpful! I dread going to most USPS locations as the staff tend to be rude and have zero care for delivering good customer service.. but that was not the case here. I’ll definitely return!

I came around 3pm on Monday and the space was packed with 3 people ahead and few more people coming in. The old white lady with short blondish hair that works there was rude and talked down on me even though I did not come to her with any attitude. I felt shocked and embarrassed enough to leave to different location and write an online review lol. I rarely go to post offices but when I do the interaction I have is positive to neutral. It was my first time at this location and she definitely scared me off. Maybe she is overworked, underpaid, hates her job, or having random bad day )-: I am sorry but please be professional… you don’t have to smile or be friendly.. just little more polite pleaseEdit: I just read other review and the same old lady with short bob did the same thing to me and told me aggressively that I need to buy some tape when I brought my own that was in my hand lol.. she also said other things that made me eventually leave to a different location because I felt so shocked and embarrassed ?

I went to drop off 2 packages before 5 but the lobby was packed with at least 7 people so I waited safely in the area of the PO Boxes. At 5 a female worker stuck her head out of the window and said if I didn't wait in the small room with everyone else then my packages wouldn't be sent as they lock the doors at 5. There is a sign on that door saying no more than 3 are allowed in the room at one time.I asked the worker to clarify that I would have to wait in the small, overcrowded room without any social distancing in order to send my package instead of waiting in a safer location. She verified that I would have to be in the small room to send out my packages without safety precautions.I ended up leaving and will pay another carrier instead. I cannot believe in today's climate that the post office is so blind to how dangerous these actions could be.

RUUUUUUUUUDE staff!! I will drive further to the USPS on Davis Blvd. instead. The staff at Davis Blvd are helpful, kind and accommodating. A lady, Cindy, is the reason USPS is going down and very soon may be gone.Horrendous! Retrain staff on service to the customer. Offer options on mailing packages, simply be nice!!!! Take training from UPS stores. They are kind, helpful and efficient. Cindy get retraining or perhaps if you are not happy at your job, leave, quit, do not take others joy because you are unhappy!

I am disabled and it is hard for me to get out to run errands. I am constantly in pain and this post office is about 1/2 mile away from me.I took my son there and we had ten packages to drop off. He got 9 of them in on his first 2 trips, but on his third trip with the last package the lady behind the counter told him he could not leave it there and we would have to go to another post office. If there is a limit as to how many you can send in a day they should post it instead of just telling people no, go somewhere else.

This place is a self storage facility. They have stopped the post office services from the looks of it. Waste of gas money

I wish I could give negative stars. Went in trying to track a package that was lost and I was already struggling with my 1 year old while very pregnant. I had to stand there and wait while the main guy at the front was chatting it up with someone else about NOT WORK RELATED THINGS. Didn’t even acknowledge me and when I finally got to speak with him and ask my question he gave me a side eye and didn’t provide me with any type of solution.
