This is the closest post office to my house but I will drive extra miles to stay away from here. It is a very small location and the woman who works there runs it like a dictator. She is bossy and unwelcoming and loves nothing more than to talk down to the people who come in. No wonder they put her in such a remote location...

Lazy employees hate their customers so turned my husband away because she couldn't grab a piece of tape for the package. She was trying to force him to buy a new envelope. I've been to numerous post offices and never had any issue with tape or customer service being so bitter. I almost went in there to speak with management but my husband urged me not to since we have a perfectly nice us post office on cherry lane in fort worth.

The USPS is a joke. Waste of tax dollars. They need to be eliminated and replaced with a private market solution. I have literally never received a package on time. They basically deliver yesterdays mail because of the inefficient broken system.

I have been to this location several times and have been helped my a very sweet woman that works in the mornings. She is the reason I choose this location to ship my packages. HOWEVER, this jackal working this afternoon was plain rude. I didn't tape up my box and she said if I wasn't shipping priority then I would have to use my own tape. Fine, if you only have priority tape. But don't be rude to me. I'm there to spend money genius. Having said that, I have had postal workers tape my box with regular tape in the past. I didn't realize is was a big deal. The problem is that she probably doesn't even realize she WAS being rude because customer service is in the toilet and attitude seems to be the norm nowadays. I did not ship my package there. I'll be headed down the street to a pack and mail.
