The post office workers here are lovely.
But two days in a row I have tried to drop off a package after working hours and the drop box was completely locked. No forewarning or so much as a taped on piece of paper on the drop of bin.
Two visits, two days in a row and it's been locked each time.

avoid this post office at all cost there was a black gentleman at the counter who was nice! And there was an old miserable man named fryer. I came with to the post office to ship out a Depop order but I needed a shipping label ( my first time shipping) so I go there with the intention to print out my label and ship it bc it’s a usps label! Anyway! I learned I couldn’t print a label so I was standing there for not even 5 mins! This old man comes to me asking if I needed something thinking his intentions were pure I told him my problem instead of being helpful he told he didn’t know any nearby stores that print labels and made a sarcastic remark about said is my phone a printer. So I senses his passive aggression and asked can I not be here and he said “ no we don’t allow loitering”?????!! Excuse me it’s pouring raining outside god forbid I seek shelter while trying to ship my package I Uber so I couldn’t sit in a car. So I told him my intentions and he walked out. I left the store and came back in JUST TO ASK FOR HIS NAME worst interaction ever

They sent my package to another address that wasn't mine. I went to them to ask for help so that the company would return my money, but they didn't want to help me.

I want to give a big thank you to my local post office for helping me track down a package that had been lost for nearly two weeks. I was starting to lose hope, but the staff went above and beyond to assist me.
They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. After some thorough searching and follow-up, they were able to locate my package and get it to me safely.
I’m really grateful for their help and impressed by their dedication. Great customer service like this deserves to be recognized!

This is the worse postal service I have ever had. I constantly get notifications that I have mail coming and it’s never in my box. One time I a notification that my package was delivered and handed to a person at the resident. That was absolutely false. When I reached out I finally received a call from a man who showed it was scanned at the mail box. He was supposedly going to talk to the delivery driver and get back to me and never did. I don’t know what is going on but I never had this problem before it’s has to be a new driver. I have had mail that was opened. It’s ridiculous

If I was able to review with out a star I would. We just moved and we took the proper ID and paper work to get our mail. And rep adv my his that he needed 2 forms of ID’s. Clearly the letter he took stated a form of ID and proper Paperwork. She advise my husband that he needed 2 forms of ID. And if he took a passport he would need two more Forms of ID. Which it didn’t make sense. my husband asked to speak with a supervisor and no one was available. This is his 2nd time trying to get his mail and hasn’t been able to get in over a month. I have called multiple post offices to file a complaints. They advise me one form of ID would be suitable. So now I’m waiting for a call back from corp.

TERRIBLE. This station ALWAYS puts my packages on the wrong route THE DAY I SHOULD BE EXPECTING A PACKAGE. This time it's ruining a mother's day surprise.
Next time I'll order from china & ensure that they use someone other than you guys.
Save the automated response. You ain't compensating me on anything besides more bad energy.

Really wish I would’ve read the HORROR Stories before leaving my mail here! It’s prom season and I dropped off a package, pre labeled. Ready to ship! All these people had to do was SHIP IT! here we are day 3 no tracking information, they haven’t even scanned the box into the system. The prom event is in 3 days and I’m in fear that the young man won’t have his suit. That means I’ll have to refund almost 1,000 and I did everything in my power to ensure a perfect Suit and shipped out a week early with Priority shipping! The package was supposed to be at the boys house YESTERDAY! It still hadn’t been scanned in and I had to pull up to the post office because they refused to answer any calls… guess what? They don’t remember receiving the package. PULL THE CAMERAS AT THIS POINT! I need answers I will NEVER come to this disgusting place again!

I walked in at 5:40 pm and waited about five minutes in line. Angela assisted me with the priority mail that I needed to send to State of California. From the time I walked over to her area and until the completion of my transaction. Angela provided exceptional customer service and a very positive experience. I am very happy that I stop at this location. I am very impressed with Angela customer service and how she treated me with the utmost respect. Angela was very patient and professional throughout the process.
