Over 2 months since I went to get a new mailbox replacement lock and they have not replace it , they said they already did it but it’s obvious they haven’t the key they gave me does not open and the lock it looks very old … Every time I go and ask they say that they are doing an investigation but that is not true I am tired of going every week and I get the same answer this is just ridiculous I paid $35 dollars for the new lock .. I have being waiting for a Managers call and I have not received one … they even tell me if I am looking at the correct mail box like really ??! It’s my house of curse I know which one is my mail box !!! They need to do better and do their job …

I spent 700 almost 800 dollars to send 10 boxes so we can have peace of mind that I won't get all 10 boxes. I only got 8. And when I got them, I didn't get all the things I put in them. It really hurts me.

Lot was empty to my surprise. I walked in and Micheal, the only person behind the line greeted me. He smiled while assisting me and initiated conversation. He presence was pleasant. Thank you Micheal for you kindness!
This was a reset for the day because I had just left a usps location where my patience was tested.

I’m 46 yrs old and I’ve never been to a post office that doesn’t have a pen for their customers to use! I had to go back to my car to search high and low for an ink pen! You know service is going down hill when they can’t provide pens to customers due to other inconsiderate customers not returning the pens! Bless the stressed out workers heart, I’m sure he catches the blues from customers due to the lack of PENS! Werid!

Once again the postal carrier has lost my package delivered to the wrong house with no accountability, For at least the 3rd or 4th time in the past 12 months my package is gone. Why is this ok and nothing being done about it. How do I recover my package or money. I’ve submitted a claim but I want accountability. Never had this issue until the carrier was replaced who retired. What happened to valuing a job. Where’s my packages?

Im getting real tired of my mail being in a neighbors mailbox, or theirs in mine, or my mailbox door being left open when its raining. It is simple, EASY little things like that, that can make a difference in the opinion of a service. Today really ticked me off though because my package , which read clear as day "PHOTOS...DO NOT BEND", photos of my daughter graduating from nursing and getting her degree, and the USPS bends the package anyway!! I bet if the pictures were of this mail carriers family member they would handle with kid gloves but hey ..."i work for the government, what are you going to do about it?" mentality is just wrong...and dont tell me that thought never crosses your head because i know people who work for usps and thats how they think. Pathetic. No wonder USPS is going down the toilet, yall suck

The mail carrier delivered a package from Walmart into my mailbox. The package was a box of Ziploc plastic bags for my g-kids first day of school (Walmart sold out in the store). The box itself was damaged because he or she forced the package inside the small mailbox instead of using the larger box that packages would go in nor made an effort to just drop it off at my door along with the 2nd package he/she dropped off in my porch the same day. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened and is now getting out of hand. This is VERY disrespectful to USPS customers. If he/she are too lazy to do their job the right way, then they need to seek employment elsewhere. I’ve also filed a formal complaint online with USPS.

If you have a package coming from this post office good luck. They will claim attempted delivery but they never came by. If your package is inconvenient then oops sorry we missed you. Then when you come to pick up they don’t have Saturday hours. All in all this place is a perfect example of government efficiency in action.

The workers of this company never leave the packages in the mailbox, they do not want to get out in their car to leave the packages, they took my packages to their offices.
