The service is very good, but they do not have staff, only one person working at the counter and there were more than 20 people... It is not the first time it is always full and there are not enough employees for the number of customers! They should do that better

This is the worst post office. There is lazy clerks are lazy always makes excuses computers down every day. Don’t waste your time coming here. People pretend of working my back it just make loud noises. Don’t waste your time here. why are they always asking to hire and never hire which is higher lazy people and then they always wonder where they’re backed up

I have waited 2 weeks for them to change the key plate on my email and they haven't solved anything, I haven't been able to open my mailbox for 2 weeks, terrible service????

Thank you to the two beautiful window clerks that helped me yesterday with the issue that I had with the post office. I was really upset and no thank you to the supervisor who took our an hour and 45-minute lunch and then decided not to come back to work but the clerks helped me with the issue I had, don’t know what’s going on with the Post Office but it is going downhill but the little hope that I have was given back to me yesterday when those two clerks young ladies helped me with the issue that I was having thank you again for going the extra mile because you did not have to thank you for being there for me. ??????????????

Where's my mail or mailman? Have they changed policy and only deliver 3 days a week. I know our mail delivery person have not stop on my street in two days. If I don't have mail someone on the street has mail. I have been at home waiting on him for two days . Where is my mail ?

This post office is horrible and the lady managing it should be fired. They don't deliver mail, packages with tracking are falsely update to say we requested they hold it at the post office. Then we go up there and they don't have the package. Good luck trying to talk to the manager because she hides in the back and refuses to come up front. I have filed so many complaints and the manager just lies and closes like she handled the situation.

This the worst Post Office in the world. It is so sad the way the operate. Management is horrible & it trickles down to the lazy employees.
The mail carriers are pathetic.
Certified slip in the mailbox claiming he tried to deliver when he never did because I work from home & looking right at him on my ring camera.
Went in twice last week, asked for the Manager, the young lady never advised her I wanted to speak with her, said I'd need to get in line.
Went again yesterday, it was 4:53 pm, I needed a money order. The door to enter was already locked. Clerk stated "Ma'am I'm closed, he's my last one".
They are so rude, unprofessional and have no sense of urgency!!!!
They all need to find new jobs & whomever is The Post Master need to read these reviews & fix this problem.
Every since the Vets either retired or transferred to another location this one has Went completely down hill. It was already one of the worst post offices.
It's so sad!!!
So now I have to use my Saturday morning going to another Post office that's open on Saturday's.
This one needs to be shut down COMPLETELY & IMMEDIATELY!!!
I'm taking this to the TOP!!!

This post office is awful. My packages are always missing. Going there to complain has become routine and a complete waste of time.
Does the mail carrier just scan the packages as delivered but never put them in the mailbox?
Tracking always says delivered to mailbox but driver never leaves the key.
The last time I complained about my packages, he said my packages were delivered to the wrong address but he never brought them back to me.
I have asked neighbors several times if they have my packages but they always say they don’t have my packages.
I have complained to the post office manager more than 3 times. Her response was “your mailman is very nice”. What has nice got to do with missing packages worth 100s of dollars?
It a shame that I now avoid using this useless post office by shipping my orders to my sister’s house in another zip code.
