Workers can be rude and act as if it is a burden to take care of you and do there job. I've had a check stolen out of the drop off mailbox outside, had an expensive doll lost and my address change wasn't correctly done so my mail kept going to my old address. For anyone who lives in this area and is stuck with them being their postal service, it can be stressful and disappointing.

Came to add to the another negative experience. I have lived here for over 10 years and still the same old terrible attitude employees. They decided to open 30 minutes late 08/04/2025 for who knows what reason. No one at the front desk and when they appear after a 5 min wait they don't greet you and say how may I help and you have to guess which station they are walking too. Not only that this employee has her smart watch ringing while taking care of my transaction and she had to stop to look at it. They need to remove digital communication while at work like all schools in TX since they cannot be professional enough to use it during their break or lunch. The worst part is that they look like they did not want to come to work and then when they process the transaction they reach over to the digital screen that asks me how was the service and they push the GREEN happy face instead of me reading it and selecting it myself. They are not suppose to answer that for you. That tells USPS how the service was. I did not get a chance to answer it myself. I hope USPS gets to read this and also these employees need to wear their NAME TAGS so we can tell USPS who is doing a terrible job!

We’ve had our PO Box here for years - everyone is very professional and helpful. It’s obvious that the USPS org doesn’t invest in this branch like others — it’s smaller and no automated services — but it still serves its purpose. We’ll keep our business here for years to come.

This post office is one of the absolute worst I have ever seen. Constant missing mail and packages, rude as hell at the office. Ask one question and get a smart a$$ response. Missing VA letters, prescriptions, etc. I have filed a complaint with the regional office. In the last week alone we have 12 pieces of mail from other people in the neighborhood.

Kensha needs to GO! Unprofessional appearance and personality. Definitely doesn’t seem like she’s happy with her job.
By far the worst post office I have been to.

In my over 70 years of life I have resided in seven or more zip codes, and this post office has to be the worst. I have never received poorer service.

This location constantly makes the same errors and delivers packages to the wrong neighborhood in need of new management. Every week I have to go to the office in search of my package. This location needs new staff and management.

Most laziest workers ever if you ever get a package best believe theyre not going to deliver it and fake an excuse everytime they did this to me Christmas and now that I’m about to move this location has disappointed me again also our mailbox is broken so I went to grab my mail only received 2 and both didn’t even have my name on it but when I told someone else to get our mail for me he came with a huge stack

How does such a small PO not able to find packages.....or is it an excuse for lazy postal workers? Or is perhaps the local post master running an unorganized location? Perhaps President Trump ought to put you on notice for agency cuts.....

Claims package is delivered, form online to report missing package does not work. After getting through horrible connection call to report missing package, someone has to call you back. I get a call back during my work hours with a phone to call back. No one answers and gets forward to the operator. Call disconnects after several rings. No voicemail available. Drive all the way here to get answers and was told the person that called me leaves at 1:30PM. Checked the call log and I was called at 1:03 PM. I had like 27 minute to get back to this person before they clocked out. Still no package and no resolution after the whole week. I leave on a trip tomorrow. I needed my package tomorrow. I have spent 3 hrs of my time trying to talk to someone who will fix this. This is not the first issue with this specific office. I usually get other people’s mail, packages, or mail gets lost. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I also pay my taxes and I expect better service for the services I help fund.

Global express guaranteed is neither guaranteed nor express, a total SCAM, money and time waste. Zero star.
$75.00 thrown away, they said 5 working days but took 17 days with no updates. no refund and zero customer service.
