Have been waiting for an important certified letter from Texas Health since I had open heart surgery. Mail carrier came and left, leaving a “sorry we missed you” note for me to come to the post office the following Monday to pick it up. Too bad I was sitting in front of my shop, 50 ft from my mailbox and in clear view. It was a Saturday, so why not get off work early by not having to do their job walking to my front door (or my driveway in my case). I called the office and no answer. I went up there and asked why no one answered the phone. The reply? “We don’t get paid to do that.” Well, they get paid to deliver mail-requiring at times to walk to the front door. However, they don’t do that either. Second time this has happened to me. Imagine how long this practice has been going on! Has this happened to you??? I’m sure, because I can’t believe it only happens to me.

Chris at the front desk was very cheerful and nice to everyone, even when he was the only one working with 15 people waiting consistently. told everyone “im sorry for the wait” and “have a great day”, all of those things. also reacted great when i was confused about my package shipping out. made the wait seem shorter

The absolute worst they ALWAYS like to delay my packages for example supposed to arrive today but once the mail ran was NOT delivered. So I came up here to try and pick up the package since it arrived here but no, I have to wait until tomarrow for it to be delivered EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS TODAY IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED! Real glad I spent $20+ on shipping for something to NOT be delivered. Now I have to hope and pray it doesnt get lost or stolen which has happened several times in the past by USPS. Plus the cherry on top is the lady that works behind the counter is always passive aggressive towards every single person that she interacts with. Also, take of the face mask ffs vid is over like wth?

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. All the negative reviews you see here are exactly the way it is. No one answers the phone, there's always a sign up saying to "come back in an hour". Mail is constantly lost and the staff is slow and disrespectful.

I've lived in Lake Worth for over two and a half years, therefore I know what I'm talking about when I refer to this location as BEYOND worthless. I've never experienced a post office fail to acknowledge an established address over and over and over. They have turned away my packages multiple times at my home AND work, which is located on a major highway, 199. They say that doesn't exist either. Their incompetence has cost me money in shipping fees more than once. They also NEVER get a signature from me on the four or five occasions I've received mail requiring one. They leave it in the mailbox and then simply say I signed for it when I didn't.
They are as worthless they come. Stay far away from this post office!

this location is sometimes closed for no reason, people wait at the door for hours awaiting its re-open. also, when you drop off a package, rarely does it go out the same day unlike other locations when it is scanned immediately. i dropped off a package yesterday at 1pm and today it is still not scanned in.

Every time I have used this Post Office, the staff has been friendly and are always helpful with any questions I may have.
