The mail person that deliversmail at my apartment complex. will not take the outgoing mail. I put a letter in there last weekend Saturday, July 5 and it’s still in there a whole week. I don’t know what’s so hard about taking Mail to the post office and that your job you’re not doing a very good. You have to do better than this.

0 stars. I finally had my degree delivered from Tarrant County College with a giant sticker on the envelope that says do not bend. The mailman folded it and crammed it in making my degree look like crap, thank you very much USPS. I would have rather it been left in the office for me to pick up, or i would have come to this post office for it. What a disgusting level of accountability. Just ignore the stickers, great job, great service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Jessica Shallerhorn, if she even exists, does not read the submission forms when I said to EMAIL me rather than calling. So it was to my surprise to be flooded with calls while I’m busy with work. Additionally, she left her number, which she never picks up at so honestly it’s crazy at this point to even think I’ll be able to pay my hospital bill when I’ve had to request my HSA account provider to void and resend multiple check because of the shady procedures at this office.

update,:
nothing was done about my package that was switched with another package and the label was switched at the post office that's the only explanation.. all the employees that call me said they have never heard about that before and couldn't tell me what to do other than file a claim. when you try to file a claim on the post office website good luck it won't download a picture bigger than 2 megabytes but that's what your camera takes is large pictures. so virtually impossible to upload a camera photo. also when I went to take another picture and try to amend this my claim disappeared. they make it extremely impossible to make a claim. I guess you don't want to pay out because you got a bunch of thieves working at the post office I get it make it extremely difficult and people will just give up. well I give up I'm not going to try to get my money out of you you guys win I'll just be shipping with a reliable carrier from now on
I sent a package of kids clothes to my friends in California. they told me they just received a box of metal plates with the same exact shipping label and tracking number. that tells me you got a thief working there in the back. this time they only got some kids clothes that were used but what's next. something very dishonest going on at this USPS.. watch out for this location. unbelievable. I guess it's possible it happened elsewhere but I doubt it. they're the ones that I paid the label to be put on and it's in their care and somehow it got switched by a thief un freaking unbelievable.

My mail carrier told me he won't deliver my mail anymore because of a package I didn't receive two years ago that he says I lied about him delivering. I have only made complaints when I really didn't receive my mail. I will definitely by complaining to his supervisor on Monday and he told me his supervisor told him he could refuse to deliver to me. Awful service from this location and when I been at this post office in person they are very rude and only one clerk normally.
