Do not set foot in this place unless it's a life or death situation! "I'm getting paid by the hour" is what the clerk said just before abandoning the counter with a lobby full of customers... government efficiency at its finest.

I saw a lot of negative reviews and almost did not come. When I walked in, one associate was laughing with a customer and even thanked the customer for the laugh. I dropped off a package and had a question about the self serve kiosk. My question was answered politely.Maybe people just don't leave a review for positive experiences.

I brought in 48 small boxes to have postage added to them. I waited a half hour already and then got told I had to wait until someone returned from their break because I had too many packages. The counter person said the break was 15 minutes if they came back on time. What difference does it make? I am paying for my postage and sometimes people with ONE package take a long time. Then when I said something to the new person who came in to help me the previous worker chimed in and said I didn't want to wait loud enough for the entire room to hear. She sold me stamps so i could add the necessary postage. Why didn't the first clerk offer that...it only took a few minutes. Post office service has gone so downhill. Disappointing service and prices are going up all the time. There is never a good time to mail 48 boxes. SORRY. Thanks to Lezlee who was nice and helped me stamp all 48 boxes.

I walked in and saw all three stations with clerks working with people. If this place is “slow” it’s because they are down someone and/or actually busy which is expected of a post office. People need to get a grip.

The worst service at this location. No one is helpful at all. And in fact, rude. I went in with a tracking number and asked why it doesn’t work on the website and her response was “I don’t know you will have to come in here to check it I guess”

The lady there told me to use the courtesy tape to tape the letter to my return box first, but she then want to charges me 3.99 dollars for using their courtesy tape. USPS needs do better job about training staff not to make their own rules.Look at the photo about the A4 letter I taped in the box, which the lady in USPS store wants to charge me 3.99 dollars.

THIEVES! There are people who work here that STEAL gift cards and checks. I had a Walmart gift card stolen from me back in January. In September I had a $100 gift card and a check stolen from me. I had Informed Delivery online with my account that claimed it was "Delivered" to my mailbox and it NEVER was. I check-marked under Informed Delivery that I never got the mail and they did nothing. I filed online complaints with the Inspector General telling them I never got my gift card and check and the USPS manager who works at this location closed my case claiming that they "spoke to me on the phone." NOBODY spoke to me on the phone from the USPS even though they said they did just to close my case. I had to re-open the case. There are thieves working at this location at 4450 Oak Park Lane so beware and do NOT have any physical gift cards mailed to your house. They will just steal it and they stole from me TWICE this year.

It was the postal service. Slightly overpaid disgruntled employees. At least there wasn't a humongous line. There was absolutely no indication that they were going to give me a strip or two of free packaging tape to mail the little box I had. Purchased a $4 roll of tape which is probably going rate so I guess I really can't complain. Five star review because I was in and out, and this is quite unique these days really with any business.

Clerk 19 is the rudest person! Should not be working in any capacity of customer service. She needs to find anther profession.

Went in to return an Amazon package. I had printed off the return label and tried to hand it to the employee. She talked to me in a loud, very rude manner about how I would need to tape it on myself. I just looked at her and she said the tape was on the wall for 3.99. I had tape at home but have NEVER had to put the label on myself. Usually the post office or UPS puts it in a clear adhesive label to return. She proceeded to talk loudly about how much the tape was. I walked out and went down the street to pack n’ mail where I was treated with respect. I am appalled at the reviews I have read about this location. I have always used this location but I will not go back!!!

I have lived in my home over 35 years and the service in the past year has gone from bad to worse. The mailman has lost 3 of my packages. I went to the post office 3 different times this last time and got nowhere. That is unacceptable. He just lost another package today. I have been on hold 45 min. There is no accountability cause no one really cares.. my time is just as important as theirs. But again they are not losing money or time.. why should they care.. VERY DISAPPOINTED

They don't have outside post office boxes you can drive up to anymore to mail your letters. What happened to them?
