I just left this post office after standing in line for over 30 minutes without receiving any service. In that time, only two customers were helped. The clerk spent more time in personal conversations than assisting customers. Completely unacceptable service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The front desk representative displayed a complete lack of urgency and professionalism when handling my package. While I waited, I watched him place other guests' mail and packages securely behind the counter, yet when it came to mine, he left it out in the open on the side counter—completely unsecured. Anyone could have walked in and taken it.
In addition to that, I paid for priority shipping, which clearly states 2–3 business days. I made the transaction on Wednesday, 08/20/25, and according to the tracking information, my package won’t arrive until Monday, 08/25/25 at 9 PM. That is well beyond the promised delivery window, and there has been no explanation for the delay.
Between the careless handling of my package and the delayed shipping, I feel this situation was either negligently or maliciously mishandled. I will be contacting corporate directly regarding this matter, as I expect a full explanation and appropriate resolution.

Congratulations, this place officially wins the award for Slowest Service on the Face of the Planet. The two customers in front of me had very simple returns, and it took the guy FOREVER to check them out. At one point, he struggled to put STAMPS on one of their mailer envelopes. I am not joking. It was just sad. I don't care how convenient of a location this is, I will NEVER return.

Went here last week. They opened 15 minutes late.
The guy who appeared to be the manager was training another man - he was SO belittling to the man in training. I was already irritated they were late to open. That irritation turned into disgust when the manager was speaking to the man in training. Not acceptable.

I came into the post office yesterday to pick up a flat rate box and the customer service was outstanding. Today I went to mail it off and I was greeted with a smile, the place was clean, I didn’t stand in line long, and the customer service was great. He was very patient with everyone and very respectful. This was my first visit here since moving to the area and this has been the best post office visit I have had in a very long time. I no longer dread dealing with rude employees with poor customer service!

They have expanded the facility, but they do not offer much for shipping supplies, and the customer service is non-existent. I suggest going somewhere else.

The worst customer service, terrible attention from the man at their offices, he didn't want to help me in the slightest and had a super racist attitude. I asked about an email that had been returned to their offices and he didn't even bother to check if it was still there. I only took a picture of my phone, I don't know why. They should improve their staff.

Where packages go to die. I’ve got to start paying all shippers extra to use FedEx or UPS. Never fails , every package that goes through this post office can get all the way across the country in a day or 2 but spend a week or longer 2 miles from my house. Very frustrating!

third class service do not send i repeat send anything from USPS they are unprofessional and will lose your parcel for no reason if you want frustration and tension in your send parcel thru USPS

I tried to pick up the keys to my PO Box that I had already purchased and applied for online. The lady at the desk told me that I could not pick up the keys until I filled out a Change of Address form, which is entirely incorrect. Then, she couldn't even find the keys to give me. I left with nothing even though I already paid online. What else can I do but file a complaint and wait for a refund.

They misplaced or lost my package twice in 2 weeks. I don't know what the heck is wrong with these people. Sad that I don't trust them and have to have my packages sent to my daughter's house so I can make sure I get them. This is the worst post office ever and obviously they don't care. 😡
