Very poor service.realised the size of a set I bought was wrong ,tried to go back the next day and exchange it (hasn't been tried on) and wasn't able to do so because the tag the casher took off wasn't on anymore....ridiculous specialy with the price of everything in the store.do yourself a favor and never shop there it's ridiculous

I love the one on West 7th street in Fort Worth tx my first time was today the first thing that I noticed was how emasculate the store was the young lady in there welcome me with open arms she was amazing she answered all of my questions she was very sweet I am very satisfied with my items I give them 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ?? thank you so much I will be going back everyone come out and support them the address is 2917 Morton street Fort Worth tx 76107

I stopped by Velvet Box while on a business trip. It was close by the hotel and looked interesting. The Parking: Free parking, but very limited. The Service: Everyone here was extremely friendly, but you can definitely tell the must have a sales goal of some sort because they were keeping track of which customers were being helped by which associate. The Value: They had a LARGE SELECTION of everything! But I will say this might be one of the more expensive adult shops I've ever been to. When I returned back to Atlanta to my local adult store, I was able to buy an entire 8oz. bottle of lube for the same price Velvet Box was charging for a 2oz bottle of the same product. I'm not from there so I'm not sure if that's the going rate at adult stores in Texas but yeah it definitely felt steep. But tbh, that didn't stop the crowd. It was pretty packed in there for an adult store at night.

Still waiting for my $901.20 refund. It's been 1 1/2 years. They sold me a fake Tanzanite and Periodot. . I had them appraised and their value was only $75 each. Benjamin promised me a refund but still don't have it!!!! Really annoying. I would not recommend this place.
