“This place is perfect for content creators on every level. Tons of options and spaces with an incredible collection of gear including props and lighting. Podcast, photo shoots, commercial filming, and more can all happen here. They worked with us at every stage of production for our commercial shoot and photo shoot. They said yes to every request, including amazing lighting packages and allowing us to use any space we needed. There was no nickel-and-dime. Every detail is considered from green room to wrap. Take a tour and you will see. The owners are there and responsive. Thank you for an amazing experience.”

“We were married at River Ranch Stockyards on January 24, 2026—right in the middle of an ice storm—and it was still an incredible experience.

Our venue coordinator, Leslie, was outstanding from start to finish. She was responsive, organized, and anticipated our needs long before the wedding week. When the ice storm became a real concern, Leslie and the River Ranch team were clearly prepared and put us completely at ease. Then, just an hour and a half before the ceremony, our outside wedding coordinator unexpectedly bailed. Leslie immediately stepped in without hesitation and kept everything running smoothly.

Despite the weather reducing our guest count, the staff was phenomenal. The servers and bar staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, and they truly turned what could have been a disaster into the wedding we wanted.

The food was excellent—especially the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and appetizers. The staff even made sure we ate and sent us home with care packages afterward.

We can’t recommend River Ranch Stockyards highly enough and would absolutely use them again for future events.”

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was elegant, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout the evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend the Petroleum Club for any special event!”

“Only downside is the parking. You could very easily find yourself parking several blocks away and taking quite a walk to get to the venue. It's a difficult time for vendors and/or DJs because you will likely end up blocking a lane to unload your gear so pack light. The employees and atmosphere is great though. DJs the area is similar to a gym so sound will be running all over the place with possible echoes if you only have speakers in one spot. Plenty of plugs around the area though if you plan to use uplights or speakers in other areas of the room. If not for the parking situation I'd have definitely given 5 stars.”

We had our wedding reception at City Club Fort Worth on June 7th, 2025 and it was truly everything we could have hoped for and more.
The space itself is stunning — timeless, elegant, and rich with candlelit charm.
Every detail of the setup was perfect, and the atmosphere they created felt both luxurious and intimate. Seriously - no notes on what could have been better!

The food was incredible (guests are still raving), and the service was top tier — attentive, warm, and seamless all evening long.

It’s a good size, super clean, and honestly a fantastic deal for the cost. The staff was awesome, helping us set up and checking in all night to keep things running smoothly. Everyone we invited kept saying how much they loved the venue. It really made the night special, and we’d book it again without hesitation. Five stars! “This place is awesome. You can bring your own helmet, or use one of theirs. Cars are fast (50 mph). Track is fast. Passing is definitely possible here. They have doubles karts for the dad's that bring their young kids. Each race is 10 minutes.”
