This a corporate store. The staff are very professional and did not pressure me into something I didn't need. Very courteous, I would recommend.

Second Verizon store I went to, just went to help my girlfriend when she got a new phone. The workers there took every opportunity to make sure we had the beat deals, the beat devices and saw to us in a timely manner while also making sure their attention was giving appropriately to us.

I purchased my upgrade online, but was having issues transfering data so I went to the store. Ivan was fantastic and patiently got my phone updated as well as discovered an issue with my SIM card. I will visit this store again in a heart beat!

Bought a phone at Best Buy it wasn't in stock it was shipped to me without a 5 g SIM card. I went back to Best Buy they said we can not help you we can not activate Verizon phones if there shipped to you. So ok I call Verizon bounced around to different people then put on hold for 25 min I hung up. Went back to a different Best Buy they put a 5 g sim in the phone and nothing. They said just use your old sim that will work. The whole point in buying a new phone was to start hopefully using 5g service. Two weeks have gone by at this point I call Verizon they say go into a store so I go into this store. The door was opened for me, a gentleman said may I help you I walked over and told home my troubles he had me up and running in 10 min. Paired my phone for me and by the time I was home the phone has worked perfectly ever sense. I will be going back to this store. Great service, all the staff in the store was polite. I definitely recommend this store.

Went an hr before they closed according to the Verizon and google and they refused to come to the door or answer simple question and shewed away

Save yourself some time, and frustration avoid this location. I have been a Verizon customer for 18 years. Walked into this brick and mortar location and not even 30 seconds in the door and was advised by a "solutions specialist" to go online....for support...i just needed help transferring pictures from an old device to a new insurance replacement. I brought the c cable with me. I am guessing "in person" or customer service is asking too much these days. Or maybe in person help is only included when you are making a transaction. Good thing the "solution specialist" directed me to go online. I'll save 35% on accessories and a new charger. Which i could have purchased here. But when a "solution specialist" tells me they can't help me, after 30 seconds and without even trying to help. I quickly move on about my day. [but not before documenting and reporting this incident] this is definitely a training opportunity.Thanks Verizon of champion circle. I'll spend my money elsewhere...online perhaps. Solution Specialist is anInteresting title. Lack of customer service. No attempt to solve anything. Not a single customer in the store all the associates just sitting ?..... no wonder brick and mortar businesses are sluggish.People just don't know how to help people anymore.....i see why there were no customers in the store. I am eligible for an upgrade too. Oh well, i guess ill go online for that too. What a shame...
