Randy and the team at Vernon’s came highly recommended from several in the auto repair and part replacement industry. We have taken a few of our vehicles here now that require a more in-depth alignment process and can come with complications. Vernon's has hit the ball out of the park every single time with quality, communication, and promise times.
These guys have been doing it for decades, and have probably forgotten more than we'll ever learn, so their knowledge is invaluable.
We will continue to use Vernon's and look forward to bringing more of our client builds to them for alignment services.

These people are always friendly enough, and I have no reason to think they don't mean well, but I took them my kids 2014 Maxima and asked them to diagnose and fix the shaking in the back of the car. They called the next day and said I needed 2 axles replaced, which I paid for. When I came to get the car they said "by the way it's still not running right. you probably need a tune-up". What! - I thought ok, well let's take it for a tune up. Paid for that elsewhere (because they don't do that?), and as soon as I drove it again over 40mph it the shaking was just as bad as before. So look, I get they don't do everything, and I guess the axles needed to be replaced, but none of the trouble I took it there for was addressed. So now I'm out a good chunk of money with no improvement. Couldn't they just have said they didn't know what to do?

Rated 5 stars because I can't rate them 6. Randy is awesome and very transparent. I needed to replace a cv axle, inner/outer tie rods, sway bar end links and all ball joints. They had it done within a day and even went further to replace a rusted bolt in my shock tower that was causing highway rattle. Did all of this for 40% of the price other guys around town were quoting. These guys are real deal.
