Do not recommend if you want an eye doctor that will really care about you and help out in case of an emergency. Communication is absysmal. I was told walk ins could be accepted. I was not told that to be even considered on a walk on list, you had to be there by 4:30. part of the problem is that the contact form is monitored by a remote team that relays incomplete information. If you have vision problems, strongly advise going elsewhere

Phenomenal service here. It was a breath of fresh air to actually have someone engage and give opinions about the frames available. I cannot praise them enough for their sincere and professional customer service at this location. If you need to go to LensCrafters come HERE. This location has a diverse sale staff that really knows what they are talking about and will go that extra mile. If you want to remember how well buying glasses is you must come here. I left feeling amazing about my purchase and can't wait to come back for my next pair. They even fixed up my current pair with no issues. The manger that manages this location is top notch.

The only reason they got two stars is because the staff is great. But the company sucks. They now take twice as long to give worse results. The glasses I just picked up are not the glasses I ordered, and the staff offered to get me the right pair, but I need glasses now, so I had to leave with the wrong glasses. The glasses you order are not the glasses you’ll receive. What a let down.

So very friendly and took time to explain things and have genuine conversations with us. We appreciate that very much.
