Pharmacy repeatedly does not have prescription ready. If I call in or order refill online, they never have it ready.
I updated my insurance to pick up a new order today. When I get there they say the never filled it because old insurance expired. No phone call, no text, no email.
I had also already uploaded new info and they had not checked that either. It was 15 minutes before closing time and she was refusing to fill the prescription as well.....I've given up on this terrible place.

Shopping was fine. But I needed to go to the restroom and the employees were extremely rude about unlocking the door. I suggest everyone else just hold it.

Linda was very nice and gave me great service and was so i wanted to let management know that they have excellent employees at this location . Quincy was also nice and friendly too. They both are very professional. The reason I keep coming here is because of the great service the staff provides for me. The sale prices are great too.

The website allowed me to book an appointment for a vaccine they didn’t have, once I got there the little brat behind the counter laughed at me ask asked why I wouldn’t have called before. Awful. The man behind the counter just said the highest up knew this was already a problem and there was nothing he could do about it.

First of all, Walgreens is not CVS! We pulled in because we were in the middle of rush-hour traffic, trying to make it to a chiropractor appointment safely. I stopped in to get to specific items. I waited until there was no line to ask the lady at the desk to help me find an item which has never been an issue at CVS and from my memory, I don’t think I had an issue at any Walgreens before either. But there was an issue today I was literally the only one in the store, and this little girl pretty much Gaslit me. The good ole “if you didn’t see it then we probably don’t have it” I asked her to look it up for me and she looked so confused and bothered. She proceeded to get confirmation from her manager and come to find out. He said the exact same thing, so it’s no wonder. The poor thing is miss guided and miss managed and hopefully that changes soon. The managers name is Jesus! Thanks to this dynamic duo. I was in the store three times as long again. I was the only person in there for most of the time and I ended up walking out with nothing. I decided to put down a $27 dental pen that I didn’t want anyways. I was going to buy off of convenience but since they cost me such an inconvenience/headache I had a change of heart and decided to squeeze time to report Trash service!

Horrible!!! I requested my refil on my life saving medication 2 days ago. Still wasn’t ready so I called and asked if I can get it tonight. The guy said it would be ready by 5. I came at 6 with my 4 year old son & he’s saying it won’t be ready for another 30 minutes. I’m going to pray I don’t have an emergency cuz I have to work tomorrow & depend on this medication. I’m going to look at other pharmacy’s.In addition to all of this 2 guys walked up and cut right in front of me in line & I had been waiting 10-15 minutes & they actually helped those 2 guys first.The cashier moved in slow motion. I’m so done with this pharmacy.

Another one star review for deleting my last one. Make sure when someone does returns that they don't get laughed at and told they didn't buy the product there, which I had. Not my fault the cashier didn't know makeup. NOT OKAY.
