Having trouble when I call in a prescription refill. The last timeI called in, the lady on the other end could not cct my birthdate right after I gave to her. 3 times, then called back and she got it on the first try. I had 2 prescriptions that needed a doctors approval. I called these on Wednesday, and she said they would be ready today(Friday) after 3, I was
there at 4:00 and they were not filled. This puts my live at risk . Atorvastatin was down to 4 pills when I called it in along with Metoprolol ER Succinate 25 mgtabs. Not very good results this time. My store is 6205 Westcreek Dr. Fort Worth, Texas .

The pharmacist, Diop, really helped me out of a bind with our prescriptions and some labels for the bottles that we no longer had. He went above and beyond to make sure we had properly labeled RX, thank you Diop!

Very quick and took all of my transfer prescriptions with no problems I would recommend using their pharmacy and the drive-through is great.

Pharmacy not open on time. Wait times extremely long. I would not recommend filling perscriptions here.

Terrible customer service for the pharmacy. Never answers the phone i was on hold for 59 mins. Called to complain. Did not get a call back, shows me that they do not care !!! It happens alot at night !!! Night manager sucks......

First time actually getting off . & waiting in line for the lady at the pharmacy to tell me to wait , that she was going to assist the lady behind me . Because her card wouldn't go thru . I waited but that was very rude of her to do that the reason being , we all have to wait our turn it doesn't matter if her card didn't go thru 4 times i was next in line she could of had waited behing me to try for the 5 th time . But very rude at the pharmacy pick up .
