The overall store probably rates a 4 star, but the staff and staff training get a 1 star. I tried to drop off a Fed Ex Ground package. It was a manufacturer return in the original box it came in. The Walgreens clerk refused to take the package. Claimed that only items in official Fed Ex packaging were acceptable -- according to Fed Ex customer service that is not true. I took the exact same package to a different pickup location with no problems.I've never used the pharmacy here. There is no hitching post for bicycles.

Placed an online order for a same day printing and still had to wait. He literally started printing when I told him I was picking up my order. Besides having to wait my poster turned out great!

If I could give neg stars I would. I called about a script for a patient and the pharmacist trust to try and tell me my job and what the laws were. I know my job and the laws which is why I was on the phone. He was rude and had an attitude which made me have one back. I don't normally do this but I want the company as well as his mgr to know how rude he is and the same job that he has to do and stand all day is the same thing we do here and stand all day. In the medical world we are suppose to work together not against each other. Some pharmacist can be as snobby as some doctors but he was outright RUDE.

Go anywhere but here for a prescription. Seriously . 5 days calling 5 days of my doctor calling said they had nothing for me , doctor was able to provide proof of the date it showed up to them . Seriously 5 days all of the hours they were open were both calling. Medication is mandatory literally could be the death of someone if they can't do there jobs. Its horrifying . Asked for the managers to get someone to answer the phone she hung up on me so I then called again spoke to same person she told me she'd deal with it immediately put me on hold 30 minutes then hung up. If your manager can't even get her workers to do there jobs then why are they recieving pay period? Seriously do not waste your time .

Went to the pharmacy for a Covid booster and while waiting the pharmacist and an associate started yelling at each other in front of everyone. There was one girl trying to keep things professional but I was not about to let someone give me a vaccine right after a screaming match. Couldn’t believe how unprofessional the pharmacist was. Walked out and am getting my booster somewhere else

They need some lessons in phone etiquette.. I get that they may be busy, but pick up and asked to be placed on hold instead of me constantly hearing them picking up and placing me yet on ANOTHER hold without saying a word. If other Walgreen's locations can figure it out.. I'm sure you can too.

Customer service is beyond aan outrage as regards trying to contact this branch by phone. I am now going to contact management and go to the top of Walgreens chain of command with a long list of futile attempts to get them to answer the phone. This has been going on for many months.

Stopped in this location to have some very embarrassing, yet important documents printed. Brandon was so helpful and understanding. I honestly haven't seen anyone work like him in a long time- he was running around taking care of eveything while assisting everyone with their needs at the same time. His customer service skills are top notch!I didn't catch her name, but the pharmacist was so sweet, as well! She took the time to answer a question for me when I wasn't even a customer of hers. ☺️ The lady at the register was a doll, too.You guys are lucky to have such an awesome team! This store is friendly and spotless, I recommend it all day! Good job, guys!

This is horrible they way they treat people who are not white or rich. I have been here since before they opened late. It is now 9:40 and I have yet to complete what I came up here for.
This one worker was rude to a very elderly gentleman that was hard of hearing.
This is how Walgreens treats the non-white lower to middle class customers?!

If you're able to go to a different location, please do. The service here is horrible: long wait times, the employees ignore customers etc. I went to pick up my prescription here. After a long wait the lady gave me just half of what I was prescribed. I was supposed to get 9 medications, she gave me three and told me the last one was out. She sent me to the Randol mill location to get it. Only to arrive there only to be told they were out too. I assumed she had called or somehow confirmed that they had it in stock. Turns out she hadn't. Even the employee there couldn't understand why she hadn't called to confirm first.Very frustrating, wasting gas and time. Stay away.
