Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They put you on hold at minimum for 10 min at a time, the drive through is SO SLOW, today it took me 22 min and let me add, there was no one in line. That was me at the window continually being told they'll be right with me (after I saw her walk by the window 7 times). I almost honked to get her attention JUST so she would acknowledge a customer as the drive through line was building behind me. The ordering time for medication that initially says it'll be there the next day usually takes a week longer (not sure if that's them or manufacturer)They also ask for your CC before they even calculate the total for you which I think is shit customer service. Either a staffing quantity issue or quality issue. Probably quality. Go elsewhere.

I traveled in and this morning realized I was missing my heart medication (forgot to pack it). I was panicked, but called this Walgreens (closest to where I was at) and got the pharmacy to pick up right away. I explained the situation and they had a 4 day supply ready for me in less than an hour. Amazing service. Thank you for watching out for me today!!

This Walgreens is the absolute worst!! TWICE now we have had prescriptions there and after calling to check on status were told they were in the process of being filled. Drive up there only to be told they were out of stock. Is there not a policy to inform the customer of this so they can seek elsewhere?! Then today the employee hastily scribbled down info for another Walgreens and told me to go there because she THINKS they have the med. I asked if she was sure and she wrote down the number for ME to call. No other customers were waiting but I guess basic customer service is out the window. My list of complaints also includes waiting an insane amount of time in the drive thru (in comparison I’ve used the golden triangle drive thru 3 times and they have always been quick) and also receiving inconsistent insulin prescriptions. Apparently it depends on who is doing the math on any given day to determine how many insulin pens you receive. Save yourself a headache and go to the golden triangle location. I am the most easy going person and could count on one hand how many bad reviews I’ve given in my life but after today I have absolutely had it with this place. To be told a prescription is in the process of being filled for FOUR hrs when in reality it’s not in stock! Then driving in icy weather to hunt meds down that I need (for an eye infection). Ridiculous!

45 minutes in the drive thru and still 2 cars ahead of me. I started with 5 cars ahead of me and 2 have left without service. Horrible wait time in the drive thru.

Waited in drive thru line more than 20 mins and was reprimanded that I should have been here on time for the appointment.

This is an absolutely horribly run Walgreens pharmacy. I will never be getting my prescriptions filled here again and unless you'd like to waste over an hour of your time trying to pick up a prescription, I suggest you do the same. Going to the drive through to pick up took 20 minutes and several "bell" rings before someone even "acknowledged" us. We then waited longer before someone actually came to help. They made me and my sick daughter come inside when I had a question because I was "holding up the line".... I'm sorry.. maybe if I was helped sooner you wouldn't have other people waiting to answer my simple question. Horrible customer service. Horrible location.

Extremely unhelpful. And it's a corporate policy apparently. About all I have to say but Yelp is has a minimum character number for reviews.

This experience actually should be a negative number but the scale doesn't allow that very simply went to pick up a couple prescriptions through the drive-through and the young 48 agent kept asking to repeat the same question huh what I can't hear you because your vehicles too loud oh I'm sorry would you hear my race car the next time and after the repeated answers the agent just put down the phone and walked away for five minutes another agent came ask the same questions only once got there And everything was just fine all for three dollars whoever hired that first agent needs to fire themselves good evening

(11/30/21 -11:15) Was on hold for 18 minutes and 32 seconds and the phone disconnected! It kept saying one color ahead of me which is BS!! I. I called back and it says the same thing, one caller ahead of me! I never spoke to anyone. I finally hung up after 43 minutes! I am a senior citizen and I have at least 30 prescriptions there that I'm about to move to a different store! This is ridiculous,if you paid better you would have enough employees!! You've got to do better or you will continue to lose business!
