They're store is very poorly stocked. Their carts were were gross. Now, they're hidden out of sight. Recently, closed on Sundays, making it harder 2 get our prescriptions.

They should get better employees at the pharmacy, the girl checking out was with a attitude almost screaming at everyone, if they can handle it, then get more employees or find better ones that can provide a good customer service.
The Girl with the half shaved head, they should fire her, get another job if you can’t handle it.

Extremely rude on the phone. Got there at the drive through window at 1:19. Multiple pharmacist passed by without a glance and was conveniently ignored until their lunch break at 1:30 so now will have to drive back later.

This is the pharmacy with the most outrageously rude people I have ever met. The pharmacist is an afro-american young gentleman that always seems to be angry. The young lady that works with him (half head shaven) is very dismissive and frankly rude. She laughs as customers, and is very short with her responses. They are always very slow when attending the car window, extremely late for the shots scheduled appointments, and always have excuses to not have prescriptions on time. Coming here has become a very dreaded experience, and I simply cannot believe people like this continues to be hired to work with customers. The whole store looks sad, half empty of merchandise, and totally deserted from clients. It's not surprising, if the people you have attending the place seems to feel so miserable having to be there.

I get asked different ID questions when picking up prescriptions. I had a moment and just could not remember me phone number. I gave my name, DOD, address and name of the medication and because I could not recall my phone number at that moment the young person would not give me my prescription. It's not like it was a narcotic. It was a blood pressure medication. The future of world is doomed.

The Pharmacy is trash. Somehow they screwed up my autofilled prescription and when I called to get it filled the girl on the phone was very rude. Also the girl with the long braids who works in the Pharmacy is very unprofessional and always seems to have a nasty attitude for no reason. Absolute garbage.

Pretty goodI mean it when you say the best but it's like OK they're all out of the medicine that my child needed but I'm pretty sure I like all of them or they were all all the like a Medical stores were like out of it, so yeah I can't get really mad at that but yeah it's pretty much after that

It's an ok location. Every Walgreens I've been to always seems depressive going in. I don't know any other way to explain it. Nothing exciting, no music in the background, young kids for staff with no enthusiasm. It's sad. We went to this one as it was the closest location that prints online photos. Wife had one out in a magnet. The color in the picture wasn't good. Contrast was so bright, wasn't what we saw as the image when it was uploaded. Was disappointing. Granted it was for a promotion so it cost next to nothing, however if we had paid full price, I'd would be complaining and asking for it to be done right or get a refund.

This is the 3rd time I have received poor service here. I called the automated system for a refill because I could not get a human to answer the phone. Automated system told me script would be ready next day by 11:30am. I arrived at 12:30pm next day to be told that script was delivered by truck and they had not gone thru the box yet. Okay, I am here, could you go thru the box now? \\\"No.\\\" Why not? \\\"I have other customers to take care of.\\\" What? I am a customer standing right here in front of you. I have to leave and come back again? There was one other customer in sight that walked up as I was leaving. Okay, I left. I left unhappy. I will not come back again.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to in my life. I was using them for over a year and dealt with attitudes and other issues that I just wrote off as “covid burnout” but now in May of 2022 I am officially done with Walgreens after being a 10 year plus customer.I continued to use them because of the ease of their app and express pay. I have known for a while that other pharmacies and grocery store pharmacies are much cheaper and easier to deal with and today when one of the employees “closed for lunch at 1:30” after I had been patiently waiting with him since 1:19, that was the straw that broke the camels back.Go to Walmart, Albertsons, H‑E‑B, or Costco. Don’t walk away from this Walgreens—- RUN AWAY.

One star is more than I’d like to give to this particular location. First off, I was the only person there, so it was aggravating to stand there for at least 5min watching the lady take her sweet time stocking prescriptions right there behind the registers, literally right in front of me, with zero sense of urgency…. Then she told me she couldn’t sell me what I came for without a prescription. I mean, I know each location has the right to decide how they do things… I’ve just never had this issue at any other Walgreens pharmacy. so Ill just never waste my time at this location again.
