Please hire new employees with better attitudes everyone here seemed very miserable & inconvenienced by customers…& this must be acceptable behavior condoned by management if there are multiple reviews documenting the disgusting customer service. No manager or staff working the day I came in had a name tag…I had to ask for names.Narcisso with the poodle mullet needs to be reprimanded & retrained for his horrible representation of this company…bad cavalier attitude with bad customer service to match Walgreens could do much better.

I I came in there to pick up a order and I need help looking for the order and I went to pharmacy for help and the Asia guy I ask him about can he help me find the order nicely he act ignore me or and turn his head away. I spoke with the manager this morning about the situation. He said he sorry & brush it off his body language was basically he wasn’t gonna talk to his employee about that incident but that make Walgreens look bad as a company if you can’t correct your employee when they wrong that that says how much about your character and the company

Brittany the pharmacy tech made my experience here very uncomfortable. She did not want to answer my questions point blank period. At one point telling me “Your prescription is not here because it’s NOT HERE.” I feel like my concerns for my medication were not heard. I was told by another tech the day before that my prescription was said to arrive Today. I called to confirm and was mistreated over what I expected to be a simple phone call I had with Brittany.

Let me tell you about my "Walgreens adventure" on a beautiful day with the kind of cloud formations that'd make you wanna skip work and lie on a grassy field. Now, I didn't expect to be thrilled by a drugstore, but here we are!I strolled into Walgreens, like a modern-day explorer ready to conquer the wilderness of errands. My mission? To drop off a package for FedEx. Little did I know, this place was about to ignite my sense of adventure and awaken the dormant thrill-seeker within. The FedEx drop-off process was smoother than Barry White's voice on a vinyl record. The staff, like graceful choreographers, guided me with effortless precision. They handled my package with care, ensuring it would soar through the air like a majestic eagle on its way to its final destination. You know, those guys made me feel like I was delivering the Declaration of Independence or something. Kudos to the team for elevating a mundane task into a riveting experience. Now, before I embarked on my quest to conquer the outside world, I needed fuel. Enter the Red Bull. Oh, sweet nectar of vitality! Walgreens had my back, offering a cool selection of energy-boosting beverages. I grabbed that can of fizzy enlightenment like a cowboy drawing his six-shooter. The energy surged through my veins, awakening the spirit within me. I was ready to conquer the world! But let's not forget the overall atmosphere of this Walgreens oasis. It was clean, well-organized, and peppered with eye-catching displays that lured me in like a moth to a flame. The lighting was warm and inviting, like the comforting embrace of a loved one after a long day. Seriously, they should offer a service where you can just curl up in an aisle and take a nap. It's that cozy!In the end, Walgreens proved to be more than just a drugstore. It was an unexpected adventure, a thrilling interlude in an otherwise mundane day. So, if you find yourself in need of a FedEx pit stop, a Red Bull pick-me-up, this Walgreens is where it's at!

I’m not one to write one star reviews but this Walgreens has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been going here for over 3 years and have decided to get all my prescriptions through my home delivery pharmacy service now. I had 1 prescription get filled here today for the first time in awhile, so I called to check on pricing because it said $3500 without insurance. The pharmacy staff picked up the phone and immediately put me on hold without saying anything, then when they did pick up again they had an attitude for no reason. If they hate their job so much, even though I was beyond kind to them with my questions, then maybe they should seek employment elsewhere. This has been my experience for over 3 years and it’s just beyond annoying at this point. When I questioned why it was so expensive even though I have insurance, she huffed and puffed. Every time I call they treat me like I’m a problem or an annoyance, and it’s recognizable through their tone. They sound so miserable. I’m not sure what Walgreens needs to do to fix this, as a lot of these reviews are about poor customer service, but something needs to change. The workers are driving customers away.

I went here to get my booster shot and the pharmacist (I unfortunately did not get her name) with the hijab did such an amazing job I didn’t feel it at all and wasn’t bruised or in pain immediately!! I didn’t get to chat with her because I was on a very important phone call but she got me in and out! I went on Friday a little before noon. I always see people criticizing pharmacy technicians for being rude or cold in attitude but at the end of the day they as healthcare professionals just want you to have proper care and get you on your way. I think the technician I spoke with/assisted me was really cool, super chill.

Worst pharmacy I have experienced. I rarely get sick, however, the few times I have had to get prescription it has been an absolute terrible experience. From the rudeness of the pharmacist, to not filling a prescription and not informing me that it could be filled, it has been a s-show…. There are a few of pharmacies in the downtown area and I will moving any and all future services to someone else.I don’t normally post negative reviews but the latest fiasco is the last straw…

I stopped outside to charge my car, at the easy go chargers. I went inside to purchase a few things and to use the restroom. Worst mistake ever. There was apparently two homeless people in the restroom. One homeless man was smoking cigarettes had, BM all over the wall and the floor and the toilet. The bathroom smell to high heaven. I said something to the staff member and he said oh well we can’t help it. Very disappointed. The smell was like nothing I’ve ever smell before!

The customer service here is horrible. I just left this location very displeased. I went to pick up my online order and was asked for an ID which I understand, but the email stated that showing the email with the verification code would be enough. I felt racially discriminated by the employee named Karol because she was making comments about how many Hispanics such as myself go to pick up their orders and sometimes they could give fake last names to pick up an order and steal stuff. Even though I showed her the confirmation email on my email account that clearly had the code they sent me and my information. All of this was uncalled for. If she had a problem with me not showing her my ID she could’ve just asked to show my ID to confirm that it was actually my order. She didn’t have to mix race into it.

It's unacceptable how your employees treat customers with disrespect. Went it 6/19 @10-11 am to the photo center and a black older woman was being rude to us. Gave me attitude for NO reason. Make sure y'all employees are straight, y'all be hiring anyone.

If not the worst pharmacy it is a top three (3). Impatient, slow, inventory management, back-talking techs and pharmacists to name a few. Huge wait times (even if you are the only automobile sitting in drive through). It doesn't matter, they are horribly run. Next, they have minimal inventory. New concept I guess..call on a Friday, expect refill no sooner than next Monday. And don't forget trying to call in...yea you know when they pick up long enough to put you on endless hold - they do that too. Changing pharmacies as these people just suck!
