I do a lot of business with Walgreens, actually 30 years, but this Walgreens, here on Barry and McCart I thought it was gonna be a good place to get my prescription drugs, However, I want to pick up a prescription waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes. Got to the window and this young college kid. White guy told me that I have to go back to the back of the line because my prescription wasn’t ready., Now I showed them two text messages of voice recording and a email one inside talk to a manager. She said not to worry she’ll get them right away from me. The young white guy said there looking like a straight up young dummy., Look at me with a smirk on his face yes it pissed me off. I called the manager for that store and he act like he was agreeing with a young college guy so I gave him a piece of my mind and told him that I would never come to this location and I will give them a bad review. Stay away from this place if you’re over 65 they do not honor senior citizens😡😡😡😡

I just left the drive-thru. The girl was very rude. She asked me questions only to cut me off mid sentence. As soon as she handed me my medicine, she just turned and walked away.

Terrible pharmacy please do yourself a favor and go to one near camp bowie. At this location , rude and unprofessional and often unhelpful pharmacy techs, they also CANCEL prescriptions WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION. Life saving medication gone

When I picked up a prescription yesterday and the pharmacist came for consult and saw how much the prescription was, he personally went to help find a discount on this name brand drug. I have not ever had a pharmacist try so hard to help with this! Great service and compassion for his customers.

I walked in at 1:30 and the entire staff all take lunch break at the same time. My wife just got out of major surgery and hasn’t had her pain meds since the morning, so this is hugely disappointing as she has to suffer longer. Will not be maintaining our prescriptions at this company any longer.

this pharmacy sucks. i got a voicemail saying my prescription was ready, but i couldn’t come get it. next day, i get another voicemail from a very rude lady saying i need to come get it right now, or it would be deleted from the system. i also came to pick up prescription from them, because they said it was ready, just for them to tell me it wasn’t actually ready. i went back 4 times because of their miscommunication, and their employees were rude as hell every time.

I guess I'll add my two cents to the list of horrible reviews . Avoid this pharmacy if possible. The tech was super rude, i was picking an rx for my husband, it is was thru workman's comp which meant the cost was covered, but the employer info wasn't in the system. She was about to make me pay had i not made a fuss. She made sure to show how annoyed she was about having to do the extra work. When I told her she was rude she said 'I just helped you with your workman's comp'....That's your job! What happened to customer service? Avoid this pharmacy..they're just going going to piss you off.

Had major issues with payments for photos. Customer service is non-existent in this store. Employees can't answer your questions because I'm not sure they know. Manager very rude...I will never go back there even though it's close to my h ome.

I came in early, before sunrise ? and the 2 young ladies were very nice and helped me return my broken decoration and opened lipstick ?. Checkout was fast and easy too.

Extremely long wait time in drive-thru.. waiting behind one car for 25 minutes & wasn't crowded..
Happens alot.. Also long wait times on the phone as well... then when they finally answer.. they'll hang up... not professional at all...

No pharmacist! Really! I need my meds. I am sick and I can't get my meds my doctor called in.. This location has no pharmacist today.. Hopefully tomorrow!

I never thought I'd have to write a review on a pharmacy... All I'm gonna say is, this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with and I've been through way too many to count. I doubt the people that work here are actual pharmacists. This whole area of Walgreens pharmacies are trash! Just go ahead and drive further out or make that switch to CVS.
