this pharmacy sucks. i got a voicemail saying my prescription was ready, but i couldn’t come get it. next day, i get another voicemail from a very rude lady saying i need to come get it right now, or it would be deleted from the system. i also came to pick up prescription from them, because they said it was ready, just for them to tell me it wasn’t actually ready. i went back 4 times because of their miscommunication, and their employees were rude as hell every time.

I guess I'll add my two cents to the list of horrible reviews . Avoid this pharmacy if possible. The tech was super rude, i was picking an rx for my husband, it is was thru workman's comp which meant the cost was covered, but the employer info wasn't in the system. She was about to make me pay had i not made a fuss. She made sure to show how annoyed she was about having to do the extra work. When I told her she was rude she said 'I just helped you with your workman's comp'....That's your job! What happened to customer service? Avoid this pharmacy..they're just going going to piss you off.

Had major issues with payments for photos. Customer service is non-existent in this store. Employees can't answer your questions because I'm not sure they know. Manager very rude...I will never go back there even though it's close to my h ome.

I came in early, before sunrise ? and the 2 young ladies were very nice and helped me return my broken decoration and opened lipstick ?. Checkout was fast and easy too.

Extremely long wait time in drive-thru.. waiting behind one car for 25 minutes & wasn't crowded..Happens alot.. Also long wait times on the phone as well... then when they finally answer.. they'll hang up... not professional at all...

No pharmacist! Really! I need my meds. I am sick and I can't get my meds my doctor called in.. This location has no pharmacist today.. Hopefully tomorrow!

I never thought I'd have to write a review on a pharmacy... All I'm gonna say is, this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with and I've been through way too many to count. I doubt the people that work here are actual pharmacists. This whole area of Walgreens pharmacies are trash! Just go ahead and drive further out or make that switch to CVS.

Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I can not breathe without my medication and my doctors office mistakenly sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I have been calling for hours to get them to send it over and they were well aware that the other pharmacy closed at 8. They did not send it over until after 8, and now my doctors office and pharmacy is closed. You can not convince me this was unintentional given the absolute trash customer service my husband and I received. If you’re thinking of going here, go somewhere else. I now can not get my medication needed to breathe until 10am tomorrow, so I’m fully anticipating another hospital trip. The negligence and pettiness is insane.

I'd give this Walgreens a 0 if I could. The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. I called every Walgreens in Fort Worth and this was the only pharmacy in the area that had the medication available that I needed to fill. I had to call my doctor and have my medication completely changed to be filled here. My doctors office sent the prescription over that same day. I gave Walgreens 2 days to fill it, come to pick it up, and they said they didn't fill it because they didn't think my insurance would cover it. So rather than call me and ask if I wanted to pay out of pocket for it, they just didn't fill it. Then I'm told to come back at 2:30 to pick it up. I waited until 4:30 to give them a little extra time and not only do they not have my prescription ready to pick up, the rude tech said they don't even have the medication in stock now.

My Dr called in 2 scripts and I picked up one and declined the second due to cost (I thought insurance covered it completely). Decided the next day that I could make the cost work and called the pharmacy to get the medication filled again. This pharmacy had completely deleted any record of the prescription even being called in as well as all records pertaining to it, they had actually filled the prescription the day before! I am not in this industry but it certainly seems like that would be some type of issue when it comes to record keeping.

Somehow without asking, I was placed on "e receipts." When I asked for a printed one, all hell broke lose! Couldn't find a manager and when one came, they sent another one (who didn't have my receipt) and lectured me for "next time!" Wasted 15 minutes of my time for a dang receipt! Finally came with not even a "sorry to keep you waiting!" He wanted me to apologize for the problem! He was very rude and I will not come back! At least to this store!

I cannot believe the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism from these employees. I showed up to the Walgreens on 2/7 at 11:51 pm with a dire EMERGENCY and saw the workers hiding behind behind the photo station and refused to open the door despite it not being closing time yet. Will never go back again. Thanks for nothing.

I have used Walgreens for my entire adult life-for the past 13 years. Upon moving to Fort Worth, it made sense to continue using them. It has been a constant issue. Every single time a prescription has been called in, they don’t have it in stock. If they have an issue with insurance, instead of calling and telling you, they will just cancel your prescription entirely and wait for you to call asking about the status. I was diagnosed with ADHD after struggling with it for years. My doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy and instead of reaching out and saying that there was an issue with insurance, they canceled. I called and asked the price without and it was too much for me to afford. I was able to get a coupon from the manufacturer for the first 30 days while I wait for the insurance problem to be resolved and when I called to ask her to type in the relevant details of the manufacturer coupon to give me the price with that, after waiting for someone to answer the phone for thirty minutes, the woman in the pharmacy refused to type in the relevant info and YELLED at me for asking her to do it.If you hate your job, go somewhere else. I will never use this pharmacy again. Even if the coupon doesn’t work, you should not be yelling at someone who’s trying to get their behavioral medication figured out. Incredibly unprofessional, rude and just uncalled for.I am not some crackhead trying to get something that wasn’t prescribed to me. I have a doctor. HE sent you the prescription. HE tested me. HE diagnosed me. So stop treating your customers like they’re not worth your time, empathy and professionalism.
