The worst location in Fort Worth. If you call you will be on hold forever. I calling as I type this. The phone just rings they pick up the phone and put you on hold it rolls back and they put you on hold again. I have been put on hold six times now without a thanks for calling walgreens, will you please hold. The drive thru line is just as bad. I have waited over 15 minutes at the window without any acknowledgement. They have horrible customer service. I've been on this call over 20 minutes and no one has answered. They just pickup and put the call back on hold. I hope someone from corporate sees this post. Please people fill out the surveys on your receipt. If they get enough complaints maybe things will change.

I visit this Walgreens a few times a month and the staff is always pretty nice . They usually have what I’m looking for. The only thing I’ve noticed every time I come to this location , the line there takes awhile because people are always using coupons or trying to get some sort of discount . It ends up taking FOREVER to check out . Otherwise , I like Walgreens off Miller .

I will never come to this Walgreens every again the cashier Paulo was very rude and ugly to my my husband she made him go back inside to get his ID when she didn’t even ask for his ID when he first went in and didn’t even gave him his cash back either too and I literally had to go inside myself with him because she was so rude and ugly to my husband and she didn’t even ID him when we went back in I’m sorry but y’all need to get better workers with better customer service experience.and she was very rude to everybody in the line and everyone who was coming in

Terrible pharmacy service. Waited 40 min at the drive thru w/ 5 cars waiting and only attending people inside and not taking turns with the people that where already at the drive thru.

The pharmacy is ridiculous, I woke up at 5am to go to the ER . Was told my medicine would be ready in 2 hours so I went home took and nap and came back in 4 hours and my medicine still had 25 more mins to get ready . The line was super long and the employees was literally standing around talking . .. we're sick we don't have time for employees to be standing around talking when ppl need there medicine.. def sending my medicine somewhere else

I was going to rate this store a 4 but after visiting yesterday, I am giving it what I feel it deserves. The pharmacy can take a little time but nothing that is so significant that you feel neglected. Also I've noticed that is only when they are short staffed. The staff in pharmacy and throughout the store are friendly and helpful. Yesterday I bought the wrong item and didn't realize it until after I left the store. I denied wanting the receipt even though the young lady asked if i did. So, of course I went back later to return the item. The manager, a very kind and patient man, assisted the cashier and they did everything they could to get me a refund. They finally dug around found the receipt and refunded the item back on my card. The pharmacist takes time to answer questions about medications even the ones on the store shelf; that's a new one for me! This Walgreens staff deserves 6 stars! Also the store is always kept very clean and believe me, I am quick to speak up and do an about face on any place that isn't!

Alex is an amazing manager! I had a bit of trouble getting a photobook on finally day of sale, the store was totally out. Spoke to one manager who said it would be next week before wed get our photobook, next day I get a call from Mr.alex saying he drove out to fossil creek to grab me a book so he could print. While I cant speak on the store as I only delt with those two, Alex is amazing. Such a sweet gentleman It could've been weeks but he saved the day and provided so many smile. GIVE ALEX A RAISE ! finding good staff is so very very hard right now, and Alex makes a huge difference in the customers experience. GIVE ALEX A RAISE!!
