This is probably the worst Walgreens I’ve been to ever we went in there to pick up a prescription I have a urinary track infection. I didn’t think I could make it home. There was a sign on the wall that said restrooms. I went in there and the restroom was locked. I went to the lady at the front desk and she said no public restroom and she would not give me the code. her name I believe was Cassandra. She told me to pee outside if I had to go to the restroom so that’s exactly what I did. I feel incredibly disrespected and humiliated. It’s very unfortunate.

Whole place sucks. Was told I could be swabbed for covid in the drive thru. Appointments have to go inside. OK cool. I'm inside for 20 minutes, 1 person ahead of me originally. 4 people slid in front while I waited sick, sneezing, coughing in the corner cause lady helped everyone else.
Went to use the restroom. Closed to the public... ok, we'll I've been here for 40min and I can't take a piss? Tf? Guess this location is going broke from water usage?

Just left there was loading my card and decided to grab something because I had a death in the family for my son to eat really quick. Grab a lunchable then went to grab some noodles. Couldn’t decide if I wanted a pack or a single so in making my decision I’m noticing someone is on the aisle. It’s a staff member And she’s just staring at me bluntly and I look up and notice she never took her eyes off me I’m like hi how are you? Hi how are you doing? It didn’t dawn on me at first until I picked up the noodles and I looked back up and she still standing there staring at me. What a disgrace everyone doesn’t steal I’m 50 years old and the day I can’t pay for anything I don’t need it. It’s always something here if the cashier is not talking about the customer who doesn’t understand how to work things with another customer it’s always something then when I called to make reference of how uncomfortable and unprofessional and how tacky it was You hear someone in the background after speaking with Sandra saying no weapons formed shall prosper boss as only an uncle Tom would say when they know they’re rude, but I’ll be switching my business to CVS because I get everything here my prescriptions and everything and no one deserves this treatment. I don’t care what kind of times they are on. I pray that this place gets better staff, not managers, staff. And know the difference that everyone is not a criminal or a thief. God bless because the Bible also says judge and you should be judged. And love others like you love Christ if you want to go with the word

I was a customer that had gone in with to get medicine for my flu I felt sick and didn't let me use the rest room. Not sure why they do this to paying customers

Too many employees stocking shelves have taken care of the product as customer service no one is available and I had my toddler that had to use the restroom and was told bathrooms are flooded so how do you use the restrooms never coming back going across the street from now on.

I never go to Walgreens for a reason but was in a hurry and had to get a Covid test so we can travel. For one the transaction cxl when trying to use my hsa card. Then the cashier told me my reception will be sent electronically. I never set this up and asked for a receipt so i can be reimbursed for the test. She told me “you will have to wait till my cashier gets here”. I said, ok i will wait. I then explained to her that my number had changed and the lady in line works there too and told her how to get me a receipt. She kept insisting she had to go to the back to get it. So as she was headed to “the back” the manager, heavy set man with gray hair asked what she was doing and she told him, he told her no to go to pharmacy, she left me standing there saying “i can’t help you my manager told me to go to the pharmacy. Then i asked the manager and i said i didn’t sign up to get electronic receipts and he didn’t care, i said i don’t shop her because everything is so difficult and he had the nerve to argue with me. Walgreens, is this really your standard on how to treat your customers??? I am livid. I was patient, and had someone helped me get info changed i would have done that, but they didn’t care to help. Shame on you. Time to let everyone i know on social media know how i was treated

Did y'all erase my comment about y'all giving people different brands of medicine that most definitely don't work the same& causes problems. Giving people what you have in stock isn't healthy, especially when they're on anxiety/panic disorder medicine. Y'all need to start explaining before assuming it's okay to abruptly change lower budget/form because there's a shortage. Teva/Aurobindo aren't the same and don't work the same so as a pharmacy y'all need to do better to have same brand in stock. Especially for people who have been on the medication for a while and have it abruptly switched. Aurobindo Pharm has more horrible ingredients than Teva thats simple & it has nothing to do with needing more, it has to do with sticking with same brand. Don't erase my comment again.

The Hispanic girl with glasses is very rude! She rang my eyeliner up incorrectly and then instead of helping me helped an older Hispanic woman in Spanish. I understand Spanish and she went around me to help her due to pure prejudice. There were also four other people in line waiting behind me and she did NOT call a “ I SEE THREE “. She left us behind to help the Hispanic lady in the back. After, I called her out she said nothing! Horrible cashier! Bad customer service! This store has been trash for a long time.

Was definitely my last straw because they gave me what they had in stock for my prescription I now have to pay out of pocket after the beginning of the year when I place my order for another order, and was told by JACOB that they can’t control what insurance plan a customer chooses! Welp as I stated the sarcasm wasn’t needed and I will definitely STOP doing business with Walgreens! It was nice knowing ya! I mean no business at all! No HSA or anything! ?

This isn’t about place it’s about this worker name Nataly who’s always in a bad mood you can’t ask for anything up there without her sucking her teeth if not rolling her eyes she treats people as if she doesn’t want to be there overall everything is ok but she is a problem for the store
