The Hispanic girl with glasses is very rude! She rang my eyeliner up incorrectly and then instead of helping me helped an older Hispanic woman in Spanish. I understand Spanish and she went around me to help her due to pure prejudice. There were also four other people in line waiting behind me and she did NOT call a “ I SEE THREE “. She left us behind to help the Hispanic lady in the back. After, I called her out she said nothing! Horrible cashier! Bad customer service! This store has been trash for a long time.

Was definitely my last straw because they gave me what they had in stock for my prescription I now have to pay out of pocket after the beginning of the year when I place my order for another order, and was told by JACOB that they can’t control what insurance plan a customer chooses! Welp as I stated the sarcasm wasn’t needed and I will definitely STOP doing business with Walgreens! It was nice knowing ya! I mean no business at all! No HSA or anything! ?

This isn’t about place it’s about this worker name Nataly who’s always in a bad mood you can’t ask for anything up there without her sucking her teeth if not rolling her eyes she treats people as if she doesn’t want to be there overall everything is ok but she is a problem for the store

Nataly is really rude she always have an attitude for no reason she make mean face expression when you ask questions she should not be working there if she do not know how to be professional when it comes to customer services.

This store has the worst employees ever, even the manager on her cell phone talking very loudly about her home life drama on the clock while she thinks she stocking are you serious, then the printer machine at register wasn't working and the employee at the register had the nerve to tell me to go put my stuff back on the shelf were it goes, I looked at her and said your out of your mind. Customer service is horrible

Have been an established patient forever and they refused to fill my husband's prescription because I am the primary insurance holder. They insisted he needed "his own" insurance despite being fully covered as a spouse. They would not offer any resolution and were incredibly rude. They would not call to verify coverage or accept our insurance card. We are moving all prescriptions to CVS from this point forward and will not return.

Feel like I should have read the comments before calling. I reached out to try to find a walgreens that has my medically complex son's medication after an app failure caused the prescription to not be filled correctly.The pharmacist I spoke with was EXTREMELY unhelpful, rude, and not empathetic to the situation.i asked for the medication and follow up questions and she assumed I didn't even have a prescription- i do and insurance has approved. Things like this are why Walgreens Pharmacy gets a bad name. Do better around your customer experience, Walgreens.

Workers close the store 10 minutes early every day. Complaining to corporate for this regular inconvenience. Also get better workers.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. They always have a person on hold for a long time. They do not know how to talk to patients (very rude). I would recommend a whole new staff. If at all possible, do not take your business to this Walgreens pharmacy location.

Doesn't even listen to the people they are working for, FedEx said one thing, but then they ignore it and say it's not up to them. Even though clearly FedEx told me it's up to the discretion of which they believe, whatever works best for both parties.

Scheduled a PCR Covid test in advance of an international trip and they administered the wrong test. It cost us $560 to get their mistake corrected . Very disappointed. The pharmacy manager only gave me locations she did nothing to help us schedule appointments at another Walgreens.

The person I just spoke to in Pharmacy was so rude she was over talking me she wouldn't let me finish my sentence I've never had that bad of a service at Walgreens before
