The manager here is very unprofessional and disgusting attitude telling paying customer to fight at the store this store would have better sales and be better for the economy if they got rid of the ghetto workers I Am a manager and this is no where near how you do business cooperate needs to be involved and see what kind of people they have working here outrageous

Every Walgreens store gets a 1 star til they stop using uber eats for pick ups. they don't add tips and cause your acceptance rating to go down when you don't accept the orders. I've gotten a trip that took me 14 miles and only paid me $3.

This location has some hood rats in there ..they are very disrespectful. If you see any woman with fake eyebrows, duck and go the other way.she coughed on my 13 month old baby.

Sadly can't give this place zero stars. Absolute worst walgreens. They close the door at 7:56pm when they are clearly open until 8pm. Employees act like you owe them something, when you are the one shopping there. And let's not even get into trying to pick up meds here. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere, even if its the one up the road on Clifford St. This place is awful, period.

To be clear before writing this review - the 1 star is STRICTLY for the PHARMACY dept.Monday 2/5/24 - My son was terribly ill, and his doctor called in antibiotics for him to start ASAP. We have had medications called into two different Walgreens locations, both on Camp Bowie in the past. The doctor's appt wasn't until 4:30, so by the time we left and the called it in, the pharmacy received the order and got it ready - it was after 6:00I called Walgreens to try to find out which pharmacy the prescription was at, but was on hold forever so I drove to the one we most frequently use. They told me it was called into this location (Camp Bowie and LVT).I rushed over as fast as I could so I could make it before the pharmacy closed and get my poor child his medicine, and I was in line at the pharmacy at 6:44. There were only two cars in front of me, but it was taking forever and I was worried they would shut the window even though I was in line well before 7:00, so I decided to park and go inside to pick it up.I walked inside at 6:52 and they already had the door pulled down as if they were closed - a door which displayed a large sign saying "Open from 9:00 - 7:00 p.m.)". I knocked and said "hello" because they were supposed to be open and I could literally hear two pharmacy techs talking to each other and blatantly ignoring me. I was almost in tears. It was a tall younger man (who clearly has no idea what it's like to have a suffering child) and woman who I didn't see.I have NEVER had a Walgreens pharmacy just decide to close early because they felt like it and I'm pretty sure they're not allowed to do that. As I was driving away (still not 7:00), I saw them pull the window shut and ignore the car that had been in front of me and waiting for more than 15 minutes. Totally unprofessional.These two technicians are clearly in the wrong industry. Working in a pharmacy where sick people getting depends solely on YOU being present during open hours and doing your job - is not for lazy people so eager to get off work that they ignore sick customers. So disappointing.

This pharmacy is worthless. I put my refills in days ago. I even spoke to someone twice. I finally was able to get someone to go pick them up and they still were not filled. I’m going to have to start using the Kroger pharmacy cause atleast my stuff would have been filled.

They always try their hardest to help me and they always try to help me get the best deal possible. They put up with almost CONSTANT complaints and other nasty comments/behavior from customers yet still greet you smiling. When it comes to pharmacies and pharmacy technicians, I think they do a wonderful job and they do everything they can, while opening the law and physicians orders. I think when some people don’t understand that it shouldn’t fall back on them after what I saw today. They definitely deserve a break.

I came to pick up some photos, the hours say they open at 8 and employees and customers outside waiting for them to open. I don't know what was happening, why they didn't open, but a sign on the door so I wouldn't have to wait, this store is going from bad to worse, I have no doubt. don't take long to close it
