Pharmacy refuses to answer the phone! They keep hanging up! If I have to go up there it won’t be pretty!Walgreens everytime I try to give y’all and chance, it never works out! After waiting over a day to have prescriptions filled, and being told more than once all medications would be ready at a certain time, then when I arrive there still not ready! That’s not acceptable Walgreens! Especially when it’s asthma medications! This wasn’t the first time nor second time this has happened. It’s definitely time to find a new pharmacy!

I wish I could give a zero. I’m sitting at Walgreens on Sycamore School Rd in Fort Worth Texas, on December 22, waiting for medication. We called and spoke to them yesterday, and prescriptions were to be ready at 5 YESTERDAY. It’s not ready the next day at 5 and they’re making me go to the back of the processing queue and wait an hour and a half. The cashier is being incredibly rude and disrespectful. I live about 45 minutes away so going home and coming back is not an option. I’ve never had such a bad or uncaring experience with any pharmacy. I highly recommend going literally ANYWHERE else.
