The pharmacy is the worst! I've given them chance after chance for years now and its just gotten progressively worse. I dont want to blame the workers, but rather, whatever internal procedures walgreens corporate has in place are at fault. Their processes are the opposite of efficient and customer satisfaction is at an all time low. I wouldn't be surprised to see them completely out of business soon. The workers are always nice when speaking with them. Sad.

Every single time I go to the pharmacy pick up line outside, I end up waiting forever. I waited 30 min with only two cars in front of me today. I never ever make people behind me wait. My pick up is two minutes because everything is sorted out with insurance before I arrive. Please hire some help and get the line outside moving faster, please. It’s awful waiting so long when I know my pick up is quick.

The pharmacy workers are good when you are there in person, but refilling prescriptions is a constant source of frustration.
Almost every time I try to get a refill online, it says that i have refills available, and processes are expected, promising the refill in a day or so. Sometimes they send a notification they there is an issue refilling and to call. After 45 minutes on hold, they process the refill, gathering no more information than was previously available.
Often, there is no notification, and the fact that it was not refilled is not divulged until we make a trip to pick up.

Just moved over her and had 3 occurrences with the young lady with long brown hair. She acts as if she doesn't want to work. First I come in and they are out of print paper they tell me come in a couple of days. I call and they say it's out of the system I have been waiting for a whole week trying to print something. They hire these teens that don't want to work and are just their for a paycheck. This clerk is always flirting and hanging with the guy at the first cash register so she never has to be at her own registe doing her job. These were for an important occasion. The walgreens on Camp Bowie is TOP TIER. This is one is TRASH!¡

Terrible experience, nobody wanted to help the new employee print 2 documents that I ordered and I waited 30 minutes for someone to help him and the store was empty. Please put responsible people in positions that train new employees. Fabian was the employee that was supposed to be training the new employee.

It would benefit the community if you could find a way to be open all day instead of closing the pharmacy for lunch breaks from 1:30-2. Can you find even one staff member to take an early lunch and then come back to at least accept drop off Rx?

Every. Single. Time. This phramacy is a freaking train wreck. It seems like they staffed up recently, but still just completely horrible. Always late on my partners medications. They can never give accurate notifications, either telling me something is ready when it's not, or not notifying us when something actually is ready. Constant back an fourth with doctors office about refills I know for a fact were sent in. And completely bonkers wait times both inside and drive through. If you have options, go somewhere else. Unfortunately, due to insurance, I'm stuck here. Also, CVS across the street isn't much better either.

Inefficient and Frustrating Service
I had a very disappointing experience with this Walgreens pharmacy while trying to confirm the availability of a time-sensitive medication. Unlike other Walgreens locations, the staff here insisted that only my physician could inquire about stock levels directly with the pharmacist, complicating what should have been a simple process. This unnecessary hurdle significantly delayed my access to crucial medication, suggesting a lack of consideration for customer needs and urgency.

Veronica is extremely rude every single time we come to this location. She is not even slightly helpful in any situation. Save your energy and go somewhere else just to avoid her.
