Store manager didn’t care that we were hung up and or disconnected on 4 times over 45minutes with documented calls. Pharmacist wasn’t willing to tell us if they were able to transfer our prescription that we need asap per my doctor.
Store manager didn’t have a care or seem to have any professionalism and was like I see I see ok ok. Are pharmacist is a man so was it a tech or him. She didn’t even acknowledge we were hung up on FOUR TIMES!!!!

I have been using this location for years, and it's not the closest Walgreens for me. I chose to go to this location because they always seemed to care and help if you had an issue with your prescription. About a year ago their customer service in this pharmacy took a huge dip. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I regularly have issues with getting one of my medications due to the gov. ridiculousness around certain drugs. I am sure a very large number of you out there feel my pain on that one. The associate that answered the phone showed literally no interest in helping with the situation, and when pressed on the matter just got frustrated and transferred me to a manager. This manager has literally no business being in customer service and certainly should not be managing anyone in customer service. As soon as she picked up she was combative and unhelpful. The call ended after she she tried talking over me. Anyone with any customer service knowledge knows that this is unacceptable behavior. Does it suck to sit and listen to am upset customer vent? Of course it does. I did it for over 20 years, but you do it because that is literally part of your job. This woman needs training, or to be removed from her position. I also moved my scripts to the Walgreens closest to me now.

Truly awful experience, wish my insurance would go back to CVS. This pharmacy always has an issue with finding my prescriptions and insurance. I have to constantly reorder my prescriptions, they always have trouble with insurance and try to charge more than everywhere else. If you have important medicines DO NOT GO HERE. I have been going back and forward for two weeks trying to refill one prescription that I cannot live without so please think of anywhere else for your meds if possible

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used . They’ve given us the wrong medication more than once . My husband was prescribed a medication two months ago . We were told it was on back order and to call every other day , so we did , with no luck . His doctor moved the prescription to another pharmacy , they ordered it and he had it in 3 days .
Today I went to pick a prescription up that I was told would be ordered and delivered Wednesday . Apparently the medication was no longer available and my doctor would need to prescribe something else . No phone call, no text. Nothing .

Don't get caught in this store at 10 minutes to 11:00 because they WILL tell you you need to go they have no shame about it. Not 2 minutes till, not 5 minutes... 10 minutes till. As if they were on the PA Walmart style warning folks of the upcoming closing time, which they weren't. And it's not, "gather your things and proceed to check out please," It's "ma'am you need to go we're fixing to close!" lmao smh

This pharmacy needs an overhaul from pharmacist to manager to every employee there. Every single one of them has a terrible attitude and absolutely no customer service. My doctor has to sit on the phone with them because they were so confused on a very simple refill. The manager and pharmacist were so confused and then had the audacity to have attitude and raise their voices at my doctor who was quite literally doing their job for them because they couldn't figure out how to process a refill. This is not an isolated incident either as far as the terrible customer service. Sarah the pharmacist is absolutely the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and don't even get me started on the manager. Walgreens should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this location. It is awful.
