I would give them zero if I could. I have to call them every time over my prescriptions. My doctor originally called in capsules instead of tabs which are expensive so I had him to call in tabs and he cancelled the capsules. I knew he called them in as I saw them in process. I called the pharmacy because it was showing tomorrow and I needed them today. Next thing I know the capsules were in progress and the tabs were gone. They said they never showed the tabs in progress. I called the Doctor again and he said he sent the tabs over there this morning. He had to call them to get it straightened out again. I don't know how anyone can deal with this pharmacy. I will change my pharmacy back to CVS on my next drug insurance. Never had these problems with them.

I had worst experience today at Walgreens at corner Rufe Snow and Hightown. I went to get my passport picture taken tonight . The shift lead Melinda yell saying to me we are not doing passport today because is she too busy. I ask why don’t put sign up stating that you not doing passport today. In rudely ask me if would read the sign.Yes, most people do if put it on door or on counter of photo station.I will be calling store manager tomorrow to voice this again.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst in town. I rely on my medication and the last two times my meds were due to be filled they were out, and did not let me know beforehand, and did not know when they would have it in stock next, and the pharmacy workers and pharmacist are so rude and do not care. I advise anyone to go elsewhere with your medication and someone you can trust. The pharmacy needs to be shut down. They also have done this to a friend of mine, they charged her $500 and were too lazy to look up her insurance- at the Walgreens off western center went above and beyond and said her insurance covers the whole cost and didn’t pay anything for the next refill. What a waste.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Sadly, every time I go it is at least a 15+ min wait & don't even think of going through the drive through. It boggles my mind that a pharmacy is always that slow.

Hours keep getting shorter. Automated order system is terrible. Prescriptions often not in stocks. Orders get lost, always under staffed.

Made on line appointment to get specific vaccines and received confirmation two days ago and arrived today to be told they don’t carry those. They we were sent to another pharmacy to be called halfway there and told that the other pharmacy also did not carry the vaccine. Very bad customer service

I have a love hate relationship with this location. Does no one work here? Poor cashier at the front seems to have to operate the photo area as well, and there's always a line to check out. Why can't they just add 1 self check out?? Also there's never anyone else to help you....just crazy that they can't get enough employees. Friendly enough but can get frustrating.

Pharmacy overcharges for medications. I've been on the same prescription for over 20 years. I've been using my regular pharmacy and never paid more than $25 for a 90 day supply. I decided to try to move pharmacies because this one is so close to home. When I got there they tried to charge me $200 for my 90 day supply saying I hadn't met my deductible. I called my insurance and they told me I shouldn't pay that much as I was part of their prescription plan and had the card to show what I'll be charged per medications and this is a Life Sustaining Medication. Walgreens was insistent that they were not budging on the price even though I had proof . I called my regular pharmacy and had the prescription transferred back to them. They filled it within a day and I was charged $25. They are purposely overcharging on their medications. I feel that this should be illegal. Lesson learned I will not go here again.

THE WORST PHARMACY. Went 22 years ago, left because they are horrible with customer service. Had to go back this year and somethings NEVER change! Ridiculous and lazy!

Just was in the store and needed a charging cable for an iPhone. I was going to spend 24.99. Sale lost because the clerk was too busy talking personal stuff about medicaid and other stuff. Walked out. Does anyone care anymore about customer service? Happened 6/29 around 6:05pm.
