The staff at this store is always helpful and nice to me. The pharmacy crew is really great about minimizing the wait time.

This Pharmacy is the absolute worst. My child waited over 24 hours for her prescription. They are less than helpful. You just have to have a pulse to work there. The drive thru is seldom ever open. They never answer the phone and the staff are not horrible. I would drive 2 hours away if I had to then ever deal with them.

I was shocked by the horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Staff is rude and displays a "I don't care about you "attitude. I have been deliberately ignored by the tech and the pharmacist twice. Last week, I was sitting Infront of the drive through window. The clerk looked at me then slapped a "pharmacy closed" sign in my face, wow!We gave them 3 chances and they failed miserably. Going elsewhere. Beware.

Cashier staff is always very friendly and welcoming! They take time to ask you how your day is going, which can be rare when employees are busy. Also, I recently lost something and the staff took my number and a description of the item. It really showed how they are willing to go the extra mile!

The pharmacy is hit and miss. Twice in a row I was told my script was not ready and when I pushed back they magically appeared in the back. I’m a regular customer and would appreciate good service.

i used to work at walgreens. I know they can't control automated messages and calls, I encourage everyone to call the store's phone number to find out if your prescription is ready. There will be times when the store will be very busy to answer your calls (7 or 8 calls), please be patient with them.

The pharmacy staff is very nice. although it can be very busy at times, they take on a lot of Tricare patients because Kroger doesn't.

Pharmacists are expected to provide professional and courteous service to customers. When a pharmacist behaves as Pooja Patel has, it goes against the principles of good customer service and can leave a negative impression on the customer. This is discouraging because it undermines the trust and confidence that patients have in healthcare professionals.Pooja’s rude behavior has a significant emotional impact on me. Interactions with pharmacists often involve discussing personal health issues, medications, and potential side effects. I am already be feeling vulnerable or anxious about my health, and encountering a rude pharmacist has intensified these negative emotions. It discourage’s me from seeking necessary healthcare support or make me feel unwelcome in the pharmacy setting.I’ve submitted a complaint with Texas State Board of Pharmacy and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. From the looks of it Walgreens absolutely does not care.

Everytime I come in the store there is an issue with customer service! I have only encountered one person that has the skill set & service needed and that was manager Niki. I came in today to pick up photos and thought I would grab a few items that we needed. These are fsa/otc items that I regularly purchase. Upon check out some of my items were not coded correctly so we had to get a manager involved to assist with voiding my transaction. Sherry came over and was extremely RUDE and misinformed. When she voided a my transaction I asked for a copy of my receipt which she told me she couldn't give me. I told her that I could take a picture of it so that I could ensure the hold falls off of my account as I already swiped my card. She said I couldn't then reluctantly pulled it out so I could get a pic all the while being demeaning & incompetently telling me that OTC items are only for United managed Medicare. I told her that was not true but it is based on how the store codes the items. She cut me off in which I told her I am not a child and not to cut me off again. I purchase the same items on a monthly basis and have even scanned them in my FSA app to verify eligibility as it is not my first rodeo. She proceeded with a flat look on her face and eye rolling with look of disgust. I told her that I purchase these items at the local cvs and even the 24hr Walgreens near by. I left irritated as ever & drove miles over to CVS but it was worth it as I am properly greeted & treated with kindess and they have good customer service skills. I ended up paying upwards of 2-5.00 more for each item at CVS and will continue to support them bc Walgreens will NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME!

don't even bother making an appointment with the pharmacy, they don't know you're coming when you have an apt and show up. not sure if it's the system or a staff error.

This place gets so much hate for no reason, other than people complain about wait times, Staff and not having what they need. I'm glad it's here never had a problem with it for 10 years, you have a problem with low staff go work there I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I can truly see myself why this Walgreens has such a low rating. It’s not just the long wait in the pharmacy lines due to lack of staff that is told to everyone but in fact of miscommunications. They don’t communicate with their customers. I waited for days on end to find out why my prescription has not been filled and why have I not gotten any kind of notice that there is a hold. Many times I had to call to see if my prescription is ready for pickup and was told either it’s ready and never received a text message, but only right after I call them to inquire about it they press a button to say hey it’s ready right after my call. Many other irritating issues with this Walgreens pharmacy that I ranther not continue rather than just find another Walgreens that takes care of their customers better. Just Wow.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!I waited in the drive thru line 1 hour with only 3 people ahead of me. After getting my prescription the woman didn’t ask if I had any questions, or if I needed to speak to a pharmacist. She didn’t say is there anything else or even thank you! Nothing at all. Their is a reason this pharmacy has a 2.2 rating. I hope you read the reviews before you go there. Find a locally owned pharmacy if at all possible. The customer service will be night and day difference.

Pharmacy is horrible. Many times it’s closed during what are supposed to be operating hours. The drive they is always super slow. I have used many Walgreens pharmacies over the years and this with out doubt is the worst.
