I purchased new Moto G phone 12/06/2024 11:36:38 AM CST TX for Walmart family talk plan and tried to activate; 12/09/2024 it showed to be in Shangia China 12/10/2024 time 3:00. My local time 12/09/2024 about 12:00 CST Texas. Took phone back to store of purchase in Fort Worth Tx. I was told to bring the locked phone with no phone number back to the store for replacement by China the country of product origin. Went back to the store and was told I cannot buy another phone said AP. Ester G. I told Ester G. to call police to document her customer service. Police was called I was given criminal trespass citation and advised go to another Walmart Super Center to make return: and I did just that. The other Walmart Super Center advised contact Walmart Headquarter to resolve the matter 12/10/2024 about 3:00pm CST Texas the Nathan at headquarters was given the TC# and product # and police incident# and to resolve the matter Nathan said take the product back to the store. I said to Nathan you mean I should get arrested his reply was "Yes".

If I could give less than one star I would. I went in this Walmart today to use the money services. I had rolled my change and was needing to have the money out on my cash app. The coin raps I bought earlier today from this Walmart. When I got up to desk I was told they don't deal with rolled change they went and got some tall black lady she told me that she would run it through the office coin counter and I would get $20 and I would take it. I have $187.50 in rolled change, that lady was degrading and derogatory. If I expected to use my rolled change to add money to my cash app then all she was going to give me is $20 and that's it. What a disgrace. The way that womans attitude about funding my cash app with change. That's the way you treat your customers what a disgrace. Money is money. This Walmart is the worse of the worse.

called. made appt. tires were in stock. got ther 645am, waiting in side store. service person walked by my looked but said nothing. comes by again started to walk by me. I stopped her. apparently a bad morning for the bitch. rude. then they dont have the tires in stock they said the do and price doubles. F walmart

It's a wal mart. There isn't much to say. It's convenient and has general goods of various quality. What I do enjoy about this was mart is they have a good selection of exotic cuts of meat that you would normally find at ethnic grocery stores. Things like beef tongue, tripe, beef cheeks, gizzards/liver, whole tilapia, franken cut ribs, oxtails etc. as well as a good selection of niche Central American goods. I'd rather go to the Asian or Latin stores for those things, but it's nice to have here in case I don't feel like driving everywhere.

So I had an appointment to get 2 new tires installed. Well first when I was checking in a Karen harassed me and the employee so that's on the Karen not Walmart. But when I was checked in it took almost 2 hours to change 2 tires with no one ahead of me, seems ridiculously slow. The worst part is I asked for tires to be rotated, ok it's $5 a tire but you already had to take 2 off to put new tires on. I would have been fine paying $10 to move the front to the back, sure 5 a tire x 2. But nope I was charged 20. You already had the 2 tires off the car so what difference does it matter to you where you put them back on. Oh and they got tire pressure totally wrong.

I'm always at Walmart but I'm going to say I'm not saying this to be mean but your bakery makes the driest cakes you're always so dry and they're at all the Walmarts they're that way and then the deli the chicken tenders they're hard and dry I need a new recipe and on the cakes and the chicken tenders just trying to be honest vegetables are good your cookies and muffins are good

If I could give this Walmart negative stars I would. It's a clean Walmart and most of the employees are fine but the lady who stops EVERYONE to see their receipts doesn't stop everyone only people of color and Hispanic people. We had spent a lot of money and she insisted to stop us but with the two couples behind who are white she didn't even care to stop them. Mind you that I'm mixed and my husband is white when I asked her why she doesn't stop those couples she had only said it's because we had big ticketed items and they didn't. We only bought groceries but I guess lettuce is a big ticketed item.

DON'T BUY!!!! After 2 days the sound was vibrating. I only had TV for less than a week. Walmarts return dept. told me to take it back to the store for a refund. The store #1455 located at 8401 Anderson Blvd., Ft Worth TX 76120, would NOT take it back because I didn't have the box. The Manager, Stefon said I could exchange it for another one and they would keep the box and return it that way because they couldn't return anything without a box (can't tell you how many times I've seen TV's being sold with no box, just info taped to the tv). But it was your (Walmart) dept. tht told me to bring it into store, no mention of box. I had to pay someone to take it down and go with me to the store. So, my only option was to replace a TV that wasn't working, with the same brand, size of the TV with another one. I asked what if that one doesn't work, I won't have a box to return it, they shrugged their shoulders. So, with no other option I decided to try my luck with an exchange, only to find out they do not sale these in the store. When I told the manager, he said oh we havent sold them for a while. When I asked for his name, he said we dont give out our last names, just say Stefon. When I told him you (Walmart returns) didnt tell me I needed to return with box, he kept saying who said that?. I had already started my return on line, they ladies tried to help but only suggested, taking it to another store, another one says she keeps her boxes under her bed..remind you this is a 65 TV. I dont understand that if this is Walmart POLICY, why would another store offer something different. Walmart has lost a customer today. I will warn everyone I meet to NOT PURCHASE TVS FROM Walmart. I know Walmart has enjoyed YEARS of dominance when it comes to shopping, however its in times like these (Covid-19) that big changes happen. Theres not much shopping going on right now, so in the end, true customer service will win out. So I am stuck with a TV that doesn't work properly and out of the cost of the purchase.

While trying to do lite grocery shopping, 3 reps from Reliance Energy stopped me asking if I wanted to change/ get cheap electricity. All were told the same thing but I felt that it was overkill. Walmart also changed the exit route so that the customers had to run their gauntlet. Wish I could give zero stars.

It's Walmart so therefore it's affordable and convenient, not much to complain about. I try to do delivery because I don't love shopping in person. This Walmart is typically pretty crowded and the lines always back up. But every now and then it's fun to browse around. I've had only good experiences with their online grocery delivery. The shoppers have selected good produce and meats, which is what I worry most about. Sometimes you can get stuff delivered day of, but usually I have it come the next day. For like $13 a month you can get unlimited free delivery, and Walmart definitely helps me save money on groceries. They have great gluten free product selections as well that aren't so overpriced! I had an order delivered recently and along with my groceries, I ordered a bunch of fall decor. I got hay bales, beautiful fresh pumpkins in different sizes, faux flowers and leaves, fairy lights, little wooden Halloween decor pieces, a metal pumpkin garland... they have so many options at great prices. It's hard to not order new goodies all the time!

Only enter at grocery side. Signs at other end not visible from parking lot. Elderly people walking in cold rain to other end of building! Who does this help? One scruffy guy with long nasty beard and no mask stands at exit to keep order. You cant get buy without almost touching him. Guys in deli cutting meat and roasting chickens without masks!!! This place needs someone who has better reasoning skills and empathy for customers. Customers with small children are strolling around mask free. Few people seem to be concerned about social distancing and smirk at those who are. I think masks need to be required at this point.

As long as I can avoid it I try not to go to this Walmart. Employees are always very rude and always in a bad mood. They are very bitter people. Today I had to go to buy milk and water, and there was only one cashier, so I decided to pay for myself. The payment box I touched was all wet. It seems that the person who used it before me, had a bottle of liquid which left everything wet. I asked the person in charge, if I had paper available for me to dry the machine. I look at myself as if I was forgiving my life and reluctantly went for the paper towel. I half dry it because I only dry the top part and the whole part of the machine where the change comes out, and the receipt, I leave it wet. I thanked her for cleaning the machine and practically growled at me, she turned and left. Education and good manners do not hurt. That's why a lot of people prefer to shop online and businesses are going bankrupt. One avoids having to deal with these types of people.

I have to say the online grocery pickup is the best service I ever get at any Walmart pickup. Whoever picks the food and fruit is totally awesome. The guys who bring the groceries to the car are always professional and helpful. Thanks Tye and Michael for making my Sunday a good one. Online pickup at this location is the best around

Speedy curbside pickup? Yeah right. I was altered that my order was ready to go at 4:41. Got to Walmart at 4:50. I'm still in the car waiting..it's 5:24. Save yourself the time and go inside.

This location has a McDonald's. It is a typical Walmart. I took away a star because everytime I visit this location, they have trash in the shopping carts and scattered in the shopping cart area. I don't think anyone takes the time to clean it out. They do have good customer service.
