I guess the head pharmacist here thinks she’s an actual doctor. How can you refuse to give medication that an ACTUAL doctor has sent to the pharmacy??? All because she doesn’t “feel comfortable” releasing the medication that a patient has been on since 2011. We have used the pharmacy at Westworth village for years and switched because this one is closer. We never had an issue getting any medications with the Walmart pharmacy at westworth. But this is our first time at this one. My mom has been on this medication for literally years because of back surgery and knee surgery. And this pharmacist apparently thinks she knows best better than the doctor that even called her and told her to release my mom the medication. She still told the doctor she’s uncomfortable doing it. There’s an easy way around that! We’re just going to switch back to the other Walmart pharmacy and pick it up tomorrow ??♀️.

My medication was not available today, however, the both pharmacist took care of it and contacted my doctor for a similar prescription that they had. 5 stars ⭐️

I just started getting my prescriptions filled at Walmart on S. Hulen and they have them filled pretty quick and the staff is friendly.

Absolutely horrible horrible customer service I've been my medicine here for 6 months every single time I come in they are extremely rude and inconsiderate! I will no longer use this pharmacy and recommend you don't either

I had the best experience. Krista was amazing so sweet and caring. Walmart is very lucky to have her. In the past some of the ladies have not been very nice. I love all the changes they have made.

I have never had an issue with this pharmacy. Their text notification system is great - they automatically let me know when it’s time for refills and then again when they are ready. I always receive the correct medications in a timely fashion. Staff is efficient and helpful - there is rarely a wait when I go and if there is the line moves quickly.

Possibly the worst pharmacy experience ever! Sorry a## excuse for a pharmacy. They told us a medicine of our was on back order. So we asked her to call around see if she can find it. She said it was impossible that it was on back order. My wife made 1 call to CVS boom found it literally took 5 minutes.

Took them two weeks to call my Dr when they could not read my presciption. I wish I would have taken it someplace else.

The new doctor I tried out prescribed me the wrong medicine, and this pharmacy didn't even catch the mistake. The new Rx was $18 instead the $4 that I've been paying for two and a half years, which should have raised a red flag for them like it did for me, but the employee didn't care at all, and just said, "I guess the price just went up." Also, the employee SIGNED MY NAME into the keypad without even asking me and against my will and said that it was "because of Covid-19."

We used to have an awful time at this pharmacy but our last visit was perfect in every way. Usually, the person who answers the phone is rude and uncaring. This time, the person was kind and warm. The woman who checked us out at the counter was extremely helpful and also very kind. I don't know what changed, but it's definitely welcome. Highly recommend.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Unfortunately my insurance is contracted with Walmart pharmacy so I have no choice but to come here. Out of the 2 years I've been using this pharmacy, I haven't had even ONE pleasant experience. Meds are never ready on time even if you order refills 3 days in advance. The staff is pleasant and professional but they are probably overworked and understaffed. You can be bleeding, having chest pain, suffering from the flu, or have a limb falling off, the wait time will always be 1-2 hours long. Then they will screw something up with your insurance and have you wait longer. Then all of a sudden they don't have your medication in stock and tell you to come back the next day. And the cycle starts all over again. You're better off paying full price at a different pharmacy than coming here and getting nothing but disappointment and a ton of unnecessary groceries.

Had a refill sent in to be told they could not get it for six days and then asked if that was okay?? What person doesn't need their prescription for almost a week?? Person, Alissa(?), answering the phone must need hearing aides. I called twice and she was unable a conversation. Called back and asked for someone else and was left on hold for 10 minutes. Really poor personal service too often.
