I went into Walmart pharmacy today looking for a particular item in the pharmacy. A young lady named Denise help me find the item I was looking forShe had a great personality and was very helpful in answering my questions and assisting me.It was a great experience ?

The cashiers there are nice but the one star is for the unfortunate low level of professionalism from Customer Service from their attire to their mannerisms, to how they treated me when trying to return an item. Even though I did everything they asked, every transaction was done with a rude and careless demeanor. And the return was never made.

I love being able to refill prescriptions on the app! The store is quick to get my refill ready and I never have to wait long when picking it up in the drive through. Their prices are the best around and pharmacists do a great job of explaining side effects of new medications as well as how to reduce side effects.

There's a reason I don't go to Walmart. Customer Satisfaction. I have none now. I come in for what I think is a simple oil change. I am quoted one price then I'm told we don't have that oil...WHO HAS BEEN DRINKING IT?!!! Suddenly if I want a change I have to buy it off the shelf and pay a SMALL up charge. $20 is not small. Instead of $45 I wind up paying $60!!!!!!! WTH. I only stayed because it was going to be a haul to there I was initially going. . Never coming here or ANY Walmart automotive for ANYTHING.

I use this pharmacy for my own prescriptions, but recently needed one for my dog as well. Unlike my personal prescription, my dog's prescription was problematic from the beginning and eventually didn't work out, even after two days of trying to order it for me. HOWEVER, the effort the staff put in to find my dog's prescription went above and beyond anything I expected, and it deserves 5 stars. I found my dog's meds elsewhere, all is good, and despite the mishap I will continue getting my human meds from this pharmacy.

Recently transferred all my prescriptions here. They are much better and more affordable than Walgreens. Highly recommend

I have been going to this pharmacy for over a decade and I have always had a pleasant experience. I know how hard it is to be in the customer service field and they have always met and exceeded all my expectations. The cashiers , techs and pharmacists there are very attentive to detail and really do go above and beyond to help their customers out . I love that they do not have a revolving door of staff and the pharmacists there are very knowledgeable and get their job done quickly and efficiently. It is very well run and I am very thankful to have found a pharmacy where I can trust . All of the pharmacists here and techs are very educated and counseling has been great to make sure I understand the medications I am taking and also ensuring I get the best price . I will always continue to recommend this location.

Will not be using the Clifford st Walmarts I would rather shop somewhere else or drive to another store. Lady checked me out only 1 checker was so RUDE Mrs Rita never made eye contact and basically ignored me sorry it pained you so much to wait on me. The Management of this store sucks shelves never stocked No Customer Service at all, they want no contact with the very people who spend money in the stores. Keep up what your doing CAUSE YOUR RUNNING CUSTOMERS OFF your products are cheap made they don't last. Bye Walmarts wont be seeing me in your stores feel sorry for the people who work there. No more friendly faces just machines
