To get a charging cord, you need an employee to unlock the display. If there are no employees, guess how long you have to wait. 10+ minutes.
Then I go to check out and the pay feature is not working.
Treat your employees right, hired more people, and stop being so greedy.

Worst customer service ever in auto dept.. Arrived 10 minutes early for my online scheduled appointment at 5 to have ONE tire replaced. Did not leave until well after 6. And that only after having to point out the situation to mgmt. One tire changed.

I had to come on here to give a special shout out to Kjuna in bakery. She is amazing and gorgeous! She help me put together a birthday cake and cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday today very last minute After leaving two other Walmarts empty-handed. Thank you for your wonderful customer service it did not go unnoticed 🩷

This location (Renaissance) has much better options to choose from than the location on Mccart. They also have items that I've never heard of and would like to try. I guess I'll be making the drive to this location more often
