The lack of professionalism is crazy. I was going to self check out and walked passed a short darker girl with blonde locs, pretty sure she was a stud. I smiled at her and I said hi. She gave me the most dirtiest look ever and I said okay well don’t speak then. Just rude as hell. If you don’t like your job or don’t like being around people, then find a new job that doesn’t require you to give good customer service and be nice.

This Walmart could really use some help on customer service. Walmart being such a giant I'd think this would be better than what it is. This place is dirty, no one looks like they want to be here and employees talk on phones or to each other...I don't recommend this location

The pharmacy staff Erin is terrible, my wife needs to get a contact solution today, it was lost inside a canner in the isle. We went to ask Erin to open the cabinet for us, Erin said she could not help us and send us to the self checkout area to ask for help. We went over to the self checkout area, the lady there said she could not help without the key, she ask us to ask the pharmacy area or customer service area to get help. Life wife went to the customer service area and got the same answer, could not help us. Everyone said we need to get help from the pharmacy area, we went back to ask Erin again. She would not help us again until I told her Al other peoples said it’s pharmacies job to open the cabinet for us. She then unwittingly to ask someone in the back to help us. I think your manager needs to do something about Erin’s attitude and service to customer.

Automotive shop failed to do an oil change properly resulting in damage to my vehicle. Took it back by, spoke to manager Matthew, who initially tried to insist that the damage occurred some other way and refute that Walmart was responsible or liable for the repairs. He later said that if I took it to [specifically] the repair shop they use - BrakesPlus on Hulen - all I would need to do would be to bring them the itemized receipt, they would have me sign a statement and I would be reimbursed with cash.
Went to BrakesPlus who initially said someone had come to them from this Walmart yesterday with a similar faulty oil job issue but that Walmart refused to pay the damages. Told them I was assured by the manager that this was the process, then they tried to run me off with a $1500 repair estimate and saying “it wasn’t oil related.” My check engine light and code reader specify otherwise. There’s also a gaping hole in the protective plastic covering over the specific spot where they did the oil change on the underside of my car. At a minimum, I’m out $100 for a faulty/shady negate-liability inspection through someone they deal with regularly.
Update: Took it to an unbiased repair shop for an inspection. Wouldn’t you know the damage was to the oil housing compartment. Code readers are calculators - they don’t lie like the staff at this Wal-Mart.
Stay away. Know that if they damage your vehicle during an auto interaction, they will do everything possible to give you the run around rather than be ethical and have the integrity to take responsibility and make it right.

Trying to get the customer service to pickup their abandoned shopping carts and for past two hrs have been calling them to be transferred from one department to another and just to be disconnected at the end . I guess they make too much money to care to have their property back. Horrible customer service at least over the phone from the operator.

Poor costumer service! We been asking for earbuds, everybody says "I don't work in this department", and no getting any help. The person that "help" us, she was with a real bad manner. Never go back to that Waltmart.
