I was in Walmart yesterday and overheard two employees arguing on their radios. LOL Everyone that carries these have them turned all the way up for whatever reason. Ridiculous. LOL And I'm still not understanding why I'm checking myself out and not saving anything. It's a head scratcher. Walmart is a sad zone.

I needed to get ink in the electronics section but couldn’t because it’s locked, so I asked for help getting the ink by a worker and she told me electronics closes at 10 when online Walmart hours show they close at 11

Customer Service for most of the employee staff is bad. Most employees don't know basic info. Avoiding customers an questions they have is not a good look.

Yes I came in to the Walmart vision center to get some glasses and they were so helpful and Partridge Wells and Andrea Drake we're both so very helpful they even got me to step out of my comfort zone and get a new type of glasses they were informative patient and very friendly

Every time I visit this store, I encounter at least one rude employee. On one occasion, I was yelled at for using self-checkout with more than 15 items, even though all the regular checkout lanes were full, only five were open, and no one was in self-checkout. Another time, an employee treated me like a thief while I was still in the middle of checking out, as if I had no intention of paying for all items. This kind of behavior happens every time I shop there. I once asked to speak to a manager, but he dismissed my concerns and walked away. I can’t wait to move and start shopping at HEB instead.
