Walmart Supercenter offers a range of convenient shopping options, including online grocery ordering with free pickup and same-day delivery for Walmart+ members. The service promises the same low in-store prices, accepts SNAP EBT cards, and features a Freshness Guarantee. Trained associates hand-pick orders, which are brought out and loaded into the customer's car. Customer experiences at the store vary. Some find it well-stocked with nice deals and short lines during off-peak times, and note that most employees are helpful when located. However, several common criticisms are mentioned. The store is often described as overcrowded with lines that are too long and never enough help, particularly at regular checkouts. Shelves are frequently out of stock on many items or need to be stocked better, with products and overstock mixed on shelves, making items hard to find. Prices are consistently noted as going up. The shopping experience can be hampered by many employees picking orders in the aisles, and a perceived lack of courtesy and supervision.

Went in there for a few items. Outta stock on most things. Plenty of self check outs. What about people that don't know how to use self check outs? There was one register opened with a girl that was checking people out with 4 people in line to check out. That's ridiculous.
