Horrible. But it is Walmart so.... Spent over 20 minutes trying to check out of this hell hole. Gentleman in front of me had card denied, repeatedly. Cashier took him to service and cashed him out. I asked repeatedly if card machine defective. Cashier just looks and smiles. Ask her again and again if Machine not working don't ring up. By now I know she speaks very little English. Sooo.. card denied. Try multiple times denied. Try another card denied. Manager comes over and again we repeat process over n over. Now we move to another register. Manager walks off. Denied. Denied. Denied. Now I have my bank on phone. Not because I am concerned about funds but worried about multiple charges to bank. Manager is gone. Cashier just staring at the ground saying nothing. Finally see Manager heading into restroom. Waving my arms. She sends over another Manager. What do we do? Yep. Run cards all over again. Finally manager takes me to service desk rings it up and approved. HERE'S WHAT REALLY CHAPPED MY ASS....NOT ONE APOLOGY. NO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. ACTUALLY HAD THE BALLS TO TELL ME "HAVE A GOOD DAY SIR"! F THIS PLACE!

The employees were great, A1. My only issue with this location is the trading Card section.
It is very neglectfully in an easily accessible for anyone to take to the back of store and steal. Pokémon is located in toy section giving no accountability for thieves and scalpers to pilfer through literally EVERYTHING with horrible product management and placement. The first area is barren and pitiful a lot like the Pokémon section , however it’s hip high shelving next to junk toys and candy. Need to fix this on a location standard and on a corporate level change the amounts of products one person can buy per day. Also, to start having the sections for cards behind an ask an employee for assistance area, in order to get the products to purchase. It’s about the kids in the end and they deserve better from everyone. I’d love to see more areas like this well maintained section in this store which is pictured. 24 hr stores should be accessible again, on any level per district or regional locations, come on Walmart. You got this.

so google maps wants to censor my review, fine.
my complaint isn't about the walmart or anything but to the guy who came into the store right before closing trying to get a jewelry associate and then blaming my brother because you're too incompetent to realize not everyone has the key to unlock the display case, try to think a little harder next time 👍 maybe i should pull up to where you work and exclaim racial epithets to get your attention and then we'll see how eager you are to help me.

The employe was being very rude I went to the self check out and I did not no that you can’t buy a lot of things at the self checkout and then as I was scanning the employe rolled her eye at me and was very mean and it not my fault that you don’t like your job

Products mixed on shelf. Leave items partially in boxes on self and you can miss what you're looking for! Also to many employees picking orders on the aisles, holding you up getting you items! No supervision, they don't know the meaning of courtesy. Shelves need stocked better. Overstock items are mixed on top shelf. Prices go up ever week..used to be a good place to shop!

I’ve been on the phone calling for 45 minutes now and absolutely no one answers. I’ve tried the operator numerous of times finally gave up and started calling other departments and no answer from anyone. Very lousy customer service I hate to go in person just to ask a question I could’ve asked over the phone. No Excuse all those employees and absolutely no one can answer in any department it’s insane. Thankfully we now have HEB in the area to save the day.
