Horrible management!!!! If the washer does not work or dryer is broken it is the customer’s fault. I should have learned my lesson the first time Bud decided to give it one more try. The owner is rude and blames the customer for his own broken machines.

Bad customer service ever since the new owner got the place there is no ac I feel like I am going to pass out he took out the fans because he is a cheapskate and lowered the temperature of the dryers so we can add more quarters he is very bad in the business industry and just wants to rob people instead of quality pricing to where it’s affordable.

I would've given it more stars but the fact of the matter is the stupid machine ate my dollar n they gave me a receipt tellin me the owner got strict n he'd be reimbursing me.I lost the receipt as i always do n so i was short 1 dollar still.?

The Hispanic lady that runs this washateria deserves a freaking vacation, a raise, a medal, a lot of counseling, and a new job! She is so amazing having to deal with the ppl that live behind the place at that so called car wash..they come in all day till closing trying steal, get over on customers and have been violent with her! However she shows up at work every morning still pushing thru!! I would have a pistol and cameras that work!!

Dont come in after 4pm lady who works there starts acting like she going to kick you out if you dont talk to her.If your still going to come in Watch some washers, the hot water doesn't work & dryers sometimes reset or open.
