I've been a long-time customer of this store, and until today, my experiences were generally fine. A couple of months ago, I purchased WhistlePig PiggyBack rye here at a great price. Today, I saw PiggyBack at an even better price and mentioned it to the staff.
However, after getting home, I realized it was the bourbon, not the rye—something I overlooked due to the nearly identical labels. While that's on me, when I mentioned the great price, that would have been a good time for the employee to point out that it was the bourbon, not the rye. Given that WhistlePig mainly sells rye, it would have been helpful to clarify this for customers. I was already purchasing other spirits, so it’s not like a sale would've been lost.
When I called to share this feedback, the response was apathetic at best.

Worst visit to the liquor store I’ve ever had Joseph Perez 5/7/24 at 1:28. Me and my wife had both hands completely full ($260 purchase for an event). He was walking back-and-forth behind the register. But was not doing anything and told us NO, very rudely, come over on the opposite side. After we set half our purchases on the counter. Usually, we have great service. Not this one.

Team was great. I really enjoyed looking around. The selection was wonderful and prices were. I definitely have some good allocated bottles at fairly reasonable prices.

This place was awesome, it was like a grocery store but for liquor. It was amazing. The biggest liquor store I’ve ever been in!

I've been coming here for years. The prices are fair (msrp for allocated bourbons and such). You don't have to be a Costco member to shop here. I'm only giving four stars because you do occasionally get allocated bourbon at MSRP, but more often than not they 'haven't received any'. I know what you're thinking, but I've been there several mornings when a truck unloaded cases of Weller Special Reserve and BT, but anything hard to find is never available.One day, I overheard an employee tell another that allocated bottles are kept in the back and purchased by another employee. I reached out to the company about what I heard and noticed staffing changes shortly after; though I never received a reply from the company. After the staffing changes, I was able to get a bottle of EHT SB. So yeah, fair prices, good selection and potential employee sleaziness with allocated bottles.

Whole selection of alchohol to choose from. Staff members are helpful and friendly. Fair prices. There is plenty to please most drinkers. Large store. At time offering samples.

Showed up 8 min before closing and 2 female employees wouldn't let me in. Door clearly states open until 8pm guess I'll take my business elsewhere ..... Lazy employees

The staff was super friendly and offered help finding anything a few times. If you want large quantities of more rare liquor and a great price, this is the place. If you're looking for something small then you won't find it here. Bulk is thier game. And they do not carry bags of any kind for your purchases. I'd definitely come here if I'm planning a large get together.
