I normally don't write reviews. However, the work done by Lucy and Armor Texas Insurance Company is so good, I feel compelled.When we get a new property for work it is critical we get insured rapidly. Lucy and Armor get that done for us every time. This allows us to start any projrct without delay. This also reduces downtime for our crews and maximizes our time on Job sites. It is refreshing to have an insurance company that you can truly trust. That company is Armor Texas Insurance, Inc.

I absolutely love this company. They are all very knowledgeable, and always do whatever they can to take care of the customers to make you feel like family. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. I called to have a question answered, and Crystal went over and beyond to get me a answer. She fully explained everything to me as simple as possible. I will continue to do business with them and keep referring as many people as I can to them.

I just want to say that I was very pleased with Crystal and the way she kept in communication with me trying to find me the best insurance rates possible for my auto and renters. She went above and beyond and might I say, was very patient with me after asking her to give me several different quotes. Hiring her was definitely an asset to the company. Crystal is definitely the go to person to handle any of your insurance needs!

Throughout my life changes my coworker who has been a member for years recommended me to Hedy she got all my information ready for me needing to callback the next day she was so patient and kind.Following up the next day Crystal had al my paperwork ready to go for processing but me needing some adjustments we found a good plan for me i was treated so well through all the calling and back and forth needed. Lucy is the best helped me when she was in commercial I needed help else where for personal auto and she took time out for me…..WICH SPEAKS MEASURES!!!!! And how she talks and makes me feel like I’m important like I matter casually talking to me MAKES MY DAY!!!!!!! the small things go a long way you don’t notice what you do or how you interact with people OR THE IMPACT but just speaking with this company getting a quote with Lucy was 10/10 THE BESTS
