Every time I go to the store, I find different people at the counter. Every single person has been very informative. Great stuff. Amazing customer service. Products are great, and you can find variety.

Tony the Chief Operating Officer is extremely rude and lacks good customer service skills. I was a repeat customer who was experiencing problems placing an online order.Lisa, Tony called me after I got an email from Karlee. Nothing was wrong on my end or with my credit card company. From the beginning, if I was able to go to your website, select my desired product, apply the military veteran's discount that your company offers and that I previously set up, and pay for my purchase, I would have had no problem. I gave your company a good review in the past. Your company's website was having many problems and I couldn't make a simple purchase.Your staff member Karlee sent me an email apologizing for the problems I was having and said that your company was going to make some changes to ensure that the problems I experienced didn't happen again. She said that the problem was on your end.I had multiple problems with your company's website which is why I reached out to your company for assistance resolving things. I was a repeat customer! You were not a part of the call between Tony and I and this is how you respond to me as the owner of the company. I told Tony that I wanted to speak to you the owner. Tony was rude to me and I hung up on him. You never took time out to send me an email or even call me, but you have time to respond to this review.If you had of taken time out to reach out to me, I wouldn't have written this review. Your response back to me proves my point, poor customer service!
