My mom walked in a few minutes ago to try to get her account closed. She walked out because of how rude one of the bankers was to her. The bankers weren’t doing anything but she was told they were waiting on people. They were literally just talking with the tellers. Extremely unprofessional. I wish she would’ve gotten their names.

Terrible customer service to put it lightly! Went to cash a check through my girlfriends account like I’ve done in the past. Was told by teller and manager because of the amount, I would need to be added to my girlfriends account. 20 minutes later after being added to her account, I went back up to the teller and she says, “so you want to deposit the check?” I laughed and told her no I would still like to cash it. She then responds with an attitude and explains she has to “run it through the system” to see if I can cash it. When I question why I just spent 20 minutes being added to my girlfriends account so I could cash the check, she plays dumb and acts she and her manager never told me that. ?long story short, the check didn’t get cashed.Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent is how I would describe my experience at this Wells Fargo branch. Do better

As previously indicated, Wells Fargo simply does not measure up. To have a scheduled appointment to meet the manager and her top-producing banker and not be prepared to assist on a scheduled appointment demonstrates that they do not have their act together.I came in good faith to hear why Wells Fargo is a good match for my clients from the manager and banker, but I left with nothing more than some reading materials to take with you.With the number of clients I assist and was willing to refer to Wells Fargo, I should have been given a more in-depth explanation of the bank's suggested benefits to society.I plead to differ; nothing has evolved and nothing has changed at Wells Fargo. I will continue to refer my clients to the banks and credit unions that I know work for the people rather than against them.Work with a bank that cares about your time, and wants to help you grow. Not one with no organization and lack of customer service.

Was helped by branch manager, Maria Rosales, and she was amazing!!! Super helpful and took the time to make sure my card and phone were synced- she also noticed fraud charges on my account and filed a claim for me. Really appreciated her time and effort- thanks!

There are 3 mobile bankers that do not have anyone in line,, while there are 5 people standing in line on the lobby. Ridiculous service

I spoke with a bilingual lady and she said she can't give me my last 30 movements of my account. I went to another location and they did it.Worse attention ever!!!!

Worst experience with 15 minutes before closing the manager could not help me. She said I needed an appointment for a process that would take 30 minutes and the only reason they had a sign up sheet was for show because they were required to. Completely unprofessional.She did offer to help me schedule an appointment. If seeing a banker is by appointment only please make this a policy and post it somewhere so no one wastes their time.
