This is the worst bank I ever have. When you need to do things other than regular banking they ask you to set up an appointment, what is worst it’s that you see a bunch of employees in their cubicles doing nothing, they smile at you and don’t help you

worst customer service ever and ATM never works!!! I am disabled so, I can’t walk inside to deposit money. Instead, I have to wait in line behind cars for approximately 30-45min just to make a small deposit when, it could only have took a few minutes at the ATM!

I was left standing in the lobby when I went to open a checking account.The teller said I had to make an appointment with a Q code but I don't know nothing about computers I ask could I make the appointment while I here and the
teller came back with no answer to what her manger said teller Ingrid Barraza and Elizabeth They continue to speak in Spanish. I was ignored because of my race.

I recently visited Wells Fargo Bank and was impressed from the moment I arrived. Despite a line of people eagerly waiting for them to open, the staff handled the situation efficiently and professionally. Once inside, I found the team incredibly helpful, promptly addressing everyone's needs. The manager, in particular, stood out for their friendliness and willingness to assist. Additionally, I appreciated that the staff were bilingual, making the banking experience accessible to all. Overall, it was a positive experience that left me feeling well-served and valued as a customer. I missed the review they sent to my email, so I am writing this review. ?????

Great customer service
Every time I stepped in this location the staff is super nice and friendly never had a problem with that.
Tiffany Thomas was very helpful today even though she had some technical issues she found a way to get what I needed!

I haven't actually been to this location, but one of the teller's allowed the person who stole my wallet to use my DL and debit card to cash checks against my account. Which has caused my family and I a whirlwind of problems. The teller CLEARLY did not verify the identity of who was cashing these checks, because I can assure you the picture on my DL didn't look like them!!! Absolutely ridiculous that what should be the most basic and number one priority of any bank slipped right past them.

Seven ladies here, that I can see but only one is working the walk in services. People before me say they've been here waiting for 25minutes in line and it's barely moving now that I'm here. Horrible service at this location.

Customer service is really bad. It’s a dull place to do business bcus they are so rude. Went in to open up a checking account and first off the women talks to you like you’re bothering her. I have an appointment tomorrow but I can’t see myself doing business with my local branch long term.
