Seven ladies here, that I can see but only one is working the walk in services. People before me say they've been here waiting for 25minutes in line and it's barely moving now that I'm here. Horrible service at this location.

Customer service is really bad. It’s a dull place to do business bcus they are so rude. Went in to open up a checking account and first off the women talks to you like you’re bothering her. I have an appointment tomorrow but I can’t see myself doing business with my local branch long term.

The customer service at the front door entrance was horrible. Ms Yidefonsa was rude and refused to set up my business checking account. She repeatedly lied and said it took 1& 1/2 hours to 2 hours set up an account. Although i arrived before 4pm she said she had an appointment for néw service banking at 4 pm so how is this possible if the new account set up takes up to two hours. So I asked her is she staying after hours to accommodate the néw membership she “replied No “ . Because they close @5pm then why are you lieing maam about the processing time . Just say “you dont want to do your job.” Nonetheless i was told by customer service line that they accept walk ins . I stayed until 4:23 PM she be never had an appointment to show up.This location was convenient for me because my kids visit the dentist office across the street.05/12/23

If u are not Mexican don’t go there!! Worst customer service I have ever received at Wells Fargo.. the lady that greets you doesn’t even give you a chance to speak!! So if u don’t have appointment don’t go in!!

They closed my account with out giving me a notice . They said they will mail my balance as a check. This has been 3weeks that I haven't received my money yet.The only banking is just as worst as in person experience.The branch manager said she will have someone in higher position to call me and that was 2weeks ago.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WELLSFARGO.JUST HEADACHE AND STRESS .

The worst Wells Fargo bank i been to. Has horrible customer service definitely needs different employees they’re no help at all. Wouldn’t help me cashed my check on the commercial line because I didn’t have a business account. The line was empty it was just me in there. The lady told me i had to go in one of the other lines because she couldn’t help me in that lane because it was just for people who had a business account. I been to different Wells Fargo banks and this has never been an issue.

Worst bank ever. I've never experienced a wait of 45 min only to be turned away for multiple forms of ID with an account that is with Wells Fargo.

Wont allow use of restrooms to customers, which is actually illegal according to texas state law!
