By far the worst branch I have ever been in. I stood in line over an hour trying to make a deposit. It’s only 2 tellers in the branch and the customer service is horrible.

Every time I come to this bank they have bad service, the lady who didn't help me and scolded me is called Claudia Craft. They have such a bad attitude, they have no love for their work, I don't know how this bank doesn't train its employees, is it because we are Hispanic and we don't complain? They don't even deserve 1 star. There should be 0.00 because I am so disappointed in the same Race

Terrible customer service, couldn’t even cash my check through my husbands. Forcefully wanted me to open an account or deposit. I would give 0 stars if I could. Need more training and it stinks inside.

The absolute worst Wells Fargo I have ever gone to. Not sure what the lady's name was but she was extremely rude. It's all Mexican people who work here which is fine but I'm guessing if you're black they have a problem with you. I definitely would avoid going to this Bank. I wish I had read the reviews before I ever went. You've been warned!
