From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to providing top-notch service. He took the time to listen to me, patiently explained all my options, and made sure I felt informed in every decision.

Greg-Premier banker refused to assist me to change accounts. I noticed that the appointment he stated he has did not show up in time and so he refused services. I was there 20 mins until closing and he said that the service I wanted takes 30 mins. I have never seen a bank do this before this is insane. Won’t be coming back to this location! Please beware they don’t assist you if you need help even though you come prior to closing.

It’s very inconvenient that this location is closed on Saturdays, seriously thinking of closing my accounts after 15 years.

The worst service EVER very Rude racism fraudulent unexceptionable customer service. Been with WF 20 years deposit checks for over a year at the branch twice they held my entire check as if I’ve never been here ask other people how they are doing and look at me and never greet me the same way I’m not happy with this branch very unprofessional

Very rude service notice everyone was greeted with a smile except for me and on two occasions my total check was held with coworkers who happens to bank at the same bank wasn’t

I give them 1 star only for the girl who made the appointment for me to open my account in that bank because the truth is that she treated me very well but the next day when I was the girl who received me, terrible job, 0 interest in helping me

Bad service ever. The cashier is very rude and did mistake then said that is my fault. No smiles no polite. She tried to argue with me instead of doing good service. Have few bad experiences with wells forgo before . Will cancel all my accounts and move to other bank

Wow! I’m not one to leave reviews generally but I really have to express my appreciation for the staff at this bank. The branch manager was very pleasant and friendly! Greg Miller was the banker who helped me today and what a wonderful experience it was! He was so patient and genuinely caring. He took his time to go over options with me and what’s more he helped build up my confidence! It was like a financial therapy session! I will be coming to this branch for any in person banking needs I have in the future. Thanks so much Greg!

Do not EVER, ever go to this branch. They are slow, stupid, and mess up WHATEVER it is you may need.The day I went in to open an account there was not one customer in there, none of the bankers were busy/doing anything besides standing around talking, and they said they couldn’t get me in the create an account until the following week. I went to a branch right down the street and although they DID have customers in there, they helped me right away. They also said that the first branch I went to did things like that often & received complaints regularly.Today I went to cash a check, and they said there was a hold on my account (why? — no reason!!) so if I deposited it, the funds would not be available until tomorrow. I left with the check to explore other options, as I really need the check cashed today.I returned to the branch two hours later to just go ahead and deposit it to where the funds would be available tomorrow. It took them an hour to assist me and somehow, now the funds won’t be available until Monday (four days from now).The most useless set of human beings I’ve ever encountered. Completely just ruin everything, every time, without fail.

The staff are very friendly, but the manager has an attitude and air things have to go her way instead of taking care of customer needs. She profiled me and ended up suffering a whole weekend without funds from my account. Terrible experience. God help me I never visit this branch again
