I come here atleast 3 times a week because it’s the closest one to my job , I come here to make deposit and get change but for some reason the lady that works in the drive thru is always being rude , she doesn’t greet me or anything I was there at 2:45 on 4.25.24 on the receipt it shows name is Brenda but I’m not sure if that’s her name or not

I've banked at Wells Fargo for 8 years now. Despite WF having had some problems in the past, I have to say that I've experienced nothing but great service. They have an uncanny eye for flagging and getting in front of fraudulent charges. On one occasion they prevented me from sending money to a scammer. I don't know how WF knew; I sure didn't. I was appreciative... and impressed.

I usually have a pleasant experience at most Wells Fargo locations, except for today at the Ridglea branch. I came in to do the same exact transaction that I have done several times at this location. However, the person assisting me today decided to provide me with a difficult experience. He was not helpful at all and even threatened to take my debit card away for no reason. It does not matter that I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for several years, he made sure to make me never want to return back again. Every other time I’ve been to this location, I’ve been helped. Beware of the employee named Alejandro Ponce.

I visit this WF location weekly, and Leo is the best teller I have ever worked with at any Wells Fargo location. He has a smile and an exceptional attitude every day. I appreciate his customer service greatly! Everyone does a great job, but he is top notch!

Great if you like being treated like a criminal while wasting your time. No customer service. Merchant services are criminal at best. Any services offered by this bank locks the customer into an agreement, while Wells Fargo constantly ups the agreed upon price without notification or consent.
